Clean, nice smell.
The room are soo small bathroom is like a disaster) very uncomfortable to go in and use it’s too small. So definitely recommend to stay at suit only.

I’d like to say that this is truly one of the best hotels in terms of value for money. The renovation is outstanding, with high-quality furniture and beautiful decor. Everything is exactly as you see in the photos — and honestly, it’s even better in real life!
This is quite rare in Dubai, where many hotels are older and often don’t undergo proper renovations. So if you’re looking for cleanliness, comfort, and a touch of luxury at an affordable price, this is definitely the place to stay.
Another great advantage is that you can prepare your own meals. There’s a supermarket just a one-minute walk from the hotel, where you can buy groceries or ready-made food, which is very convenient and helps save money. The metro is also nearby if you don’t have a car.
The gym is excellent, and although the pool is not very large, it’s clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.
Most importantly, the hospitality is wonderful, and the staff are always polite, friendly, and helpful.

Nice elegant hotel, lovely room, clean and spacious, good location for Expo events.
Breakfast was non existent, I should have taken heed of previous reviews mentioning this but chose to ignore them and give it a try. On arrival there was no buffet breakfast, due to the current war on we accepted this but the alternative was totally unacceptable. There was no menu, we were given a QR code to scan to which when we asked for the various options, most were unavailable. So the waitress then, in her limited English tried to tell us what was on for breakfast, not knowing what a Full English breakfast was, and just kept saying omelette to us and not much else. We gave in and accepted omelette and asked for coffee and OJ for our grandson. Thirty minutes later still no drinks, so my husband went to investigate and only at that point did she run off and start the coffee. It seems like she is the only one working the floor in the restaurant which is unfair on her and obviously poor service for us. Zero management of the breakfast restaurant, so we left and ended up spending AED500 instead on a breakfast outside of the hotel, as we had two family members join us from outside for breakfast which turned into an embarrassing debacle. We were really looking forward to staying here as we are often in Expo for varoius running events and stay in the hotel next to it, but after this experience will continue going to the hotel next door, which is consistent and very well managed. Such a shame.
