Short drive from airport after 16.30 hr flight. Fantastic service from all the staff, in particular Richie, who was so helpful in sorting out a booking problem and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Ahmed and the ladies in reception and Kumar the concierge and Fred out front, were all so helpful and friendly. M club staff all delightful. The young man making up the rooms on our floor, by our room, was also so friendly and helpful ( sorry I didn't catch his name). Pool attendant was great. All staff greeted us with a smile. Food in Di Mare was lovely and wait staff good.
Aircon in room was difficult to control- the room was really cold, but the air con said it was 27*.
There were some occasional noises from other rooms, of furniture( Chairs ??) being scraped across tiles, but no voices transition. Silicon foot covers would be good to stop this.
