It was a wonderful stay at a truly magnificent palace. The hotel was beautiful, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of choices.
The check-in and check-out processes were very fast and smooth, which made the overall experience even better.
Overall, it was a fantastic and memorable stay at this beautiful palace. I truly enjoyed every moment and would definitely love to come back again!
The only area that could be improved is the bedding. The bedsheets seemed a little old and were not as comfortable as expected for a hotel of this standard.

-Valet parking service is too slow
-Hotel busy with weddings especially during weekend, such events disturbed hotel residents. I suggest separate event with different access, parkings ..etc
-I didn’t understand the breakfast, is it buffet or by orders. I recalled Covid period when you request from distance.

First of all, the location is convenient and away from the busy city center. Secondly, the hotel has limited parking spaces, but they have two separate parking areas, each of which can accommodate approximately 14 cars.
The reception staff are friendly. There are two elevators, and there is no waiting time for the elevators.
They also require a €200 cash deposit, which is returned to you when you check out.
The stay was in August, and unfortunately, the air conditioning was not cold enough. We booked four separate rooms, and in all of them, the temperature could not be lowered below 24°C. In some rooms, it was as high as 26°C.
We were even forced to change one of the rooms because it was too warm. So, if you are traveling during the summer, you should be aware that you may end up sleeping in a room at around 24°C.
