I had a nice room, but I wish bathrobes were provided.
I was a bit disappointed with the check‑in process. The receptionist (a tall man working in the evening) didn’t meet the expected standards. It felt uncomfortable when the conversation started with “Are you a visitor?” the phrasing came across as a little humiliating. Even if it’s not a 5‑star hotel, the basics matter: first check the ID and confirm the reservation.
On the bright side, Raghda (sorry if mistaken)from guest service was incredibly helpful and kind. Thank you so much for your great support!

Nice first impression with just the right amount of modern luxury. The cafe though small was amazing. Loved the bar and on site restaurants. I liked the spacious room, ample shelving, wrap around balcony and the responsive and friendly staff with 24 hour assistance. The warm breakfast was also wonderful with nice variety of fruits, salads and omlete station. .
The hallways and corridor to our room on the 6th foor had a slight odor. An automatic airfreshener can easily address this. There was an incident which when reported to the receptionist at 2AM was handled immediately. These two issues were not deal breakers. The hotel is amazing.

The location and everything was clean
The reception guy who checked us in when we arrived on Wednesday evening was a bit rude even to the other guest that called the desk he was so rude.
