Good hotel for good price close to the Dubai Mall and the airport.

Special shout to staff and kudos to Manmeet who is extremely professional and accommodating. His hospitality skills made my trip smoother than expected. Sometime I was even requesting little extra and out of time but he made sure things are done. Thanks to him and hotel staff.

Services were exceptional and staff really worked hard to make my trip awesome. Special shout out to Manmeet and Cyrell. They went above expectations to help me out. Manmeet helped to even arrange something which was extra request from me, just to make sure I am conformable. Highly recommended stay and extremely friendly staff

Breakfast and location great!

Check‑in Experience Upon arrival, only one staff member was manning the front desk. I waited approximately five minutes because the guest ahead of me did not have the required documents. Instead of asking her to step aside while assisting the next guests, the staff member kept the entire queue waiting. As the line grew longer, other guests bypassed the queue and approached the counter directly without being redirected, which created further frustration and disorganization. During the Stay Housekeeping removed all towels from my room but did not replace them. I requested fresh towels twice. Only two towels were delivered on the second request, with no shower floor towel or hand towel provided. Check‑out Experience The check‑out process was handled unprofessionally. At 12:10 PM, I received a call from reception asking why I had not yet checked out. I explained that I was finishing up and would be leaving within ten minutes. The staff member insisted I vacate the room immediately because the next guests were “waiting downstairs,” which is unreasonable considering check‑out is at 12 PM and rooms require time to be cleaned before new guests can check in. I also expressed that the tone used was inappropriate, especially given that I have stayed at this hotel multiple times in the past two months. At the front desk, the area was crowded with new arrivals. The gentleman assisting me apologized and mentioned the hotel was fully booked. I explained that being fully booked should never be an excuse for compromised service quality. Conclusion As a repeat guest over the past two months, I was surprised and disappointed that this stay did not meet the standard I’ve previously experienced. The delays, lack of proper housekeeping, and unprofessional check‑out interaction collectively left a very negative impression.
