Janney, Jishan, & Aisana prepared my cake and brought it to the hotel room, i was really impressed by the nice gesture. But everyone else was also really kind!!

The rooms themselves were nice and so was the breakfast.
The main issue is the rooms sizing. The rooms are tiny in comparison to others I’ve stayed at in Dubai the huge yellow stain on the carpet in my room was screaming for a clean. The bed was also uncomfortable. The “view” of the Burj Khalifa was almost as disappointing as the pool are terrace area. There were about 3 sun loungers total and a tiny pool. This terrance and pool was shared with the double tree Hilton next door. It was dirty and rammed to the brim. I ended up paying for a day pass with Fairmont the Palm to use their facilities. Having just come from a Conrad Hilton hotel in Abu Dhabi I was expecting nothing less than pure luxury. Instead, the experience I received was something I’d expect from a 3 star resort in Benidorm.
