I would not recommend. The service is not customer oriented.

The location is great. It is at walking distance to many monuments and pedestrian areas. Unfortunately, the property street is dirty (tags on the walls, trach on the street), but looks like it is common for Naples.

When we arrived, we realized there was no WIFI. It was very important for us because we were working remotely so before booking, we checked that the WIFI was provided (and it was...). The welcome agent said that the WIFI was out of service for at least week before we arrived, and that the management knew about the situation and should take care of it eventually. Nevertheless, while I had many conversations with the property about our arrival time and additional fees to pay (taxes/late arrival fees), nobody informed us about the property description being temporary inexact, so we missed the free cancelation window. Once arrived we were stuck. I had to follow up several times before the management scheduled the intervention and the WIFI was finally fixed 4 days after our arrival. Meanwhile we paid for the international data fees for 4 lines (total of $160). When I requested to participate in covering this unplanned fee, I had to follow up several times to get one week later a short "it is not our fault but the internet provider's" (that they contacted once I was on their back), "sorry for the inconvenience, no reimbursement". Besides the WIFI problem, please be aware that there is no access to the building elevator because the owner does not pay for it. So be prepared to drag luggage using a VERY steep staircase. There is no living room in the property (the pictures are done to make you believe that there is one). Basically, there is a narrow corridor with a small kitchenette, a table, 4 chairs and 2 chests. The kitchen is very small and poorly equipped (one pan, one medium pot, so if you want a salad, use the pot), no dishwasher, no washing machine. And expect to buy your own toilette paper because there is only one half of roll per bathroom... Well, the last complain is finally the easiest to fix :)

Exceptional

We loved the apartment! Everything was just on point. The host was very welcoming and nice, we got everything we needed and more! Contact with the host was excellent, the localization is just amazing. Also, there is a pizza place close to the apartment which needs to be recommended! Trattoria da Ornella serves the best pizza we have ever had. We highly recommend the apartment!!

La posizione e ottima,

Nel alloggio manca il bidet cosa molto importante per l'igiene personale, e manca la TV per chi alloggia con bambini
