Sehr sauber. Freundlicher, stets zeitnaher Kontakt. Sehr geräumig. Klimaanlage. Trinkwasser aus Leitung. Fahrstuhl. Um die Ecke fußläufig von historischem Viertel, Restaurants und auch zum moderneren Shoppingmeile. Zum Hafen geht es in ca 20-30 Minuten durchaus auch gut zu Fuß (da wegen teils schlechter Straßenverhältnisse/belägen das nicht mit viel Gepäck zu empfehlen).

Barbara was very nice, and responded quickly to any questions. The location was good, however you could hear people talking from outside.
The mattress could have been better. The kitchen was fairly equipped, however there were no lids for cookware. There was no hot water in the kitchen sink. A blanket would be nice for watching TV.
