Excellent location
Friendly staff
Difficult to get to with luggage etc. Would have liked more detailed instructions with map on where to drop off bags before parking car.
Not relaxing nightclub music in reception/lounge area
Would be nice to have beds made for us. Had to put quilts in covers ourselves. Not what I would expect

Breakfast was extremely nice. It is arranged at a local Bakery and is quite extensive. The Bakery is just off the Prian's beautiful main square and approximately a 250 yard walk. Eggs made to order, plenty of baked goods, juices, breakfast meats, and coffee. At the hotel there is a decent coffee machine for (latte, cappuccino,+) and snacks (fruit + baked goods). The staff are incredibly helpful and have solid recommendations. Plenty of great restaurants within a few minute walk. The seaside is just down an alleyway past the main square. Beautiful area, but seaside in town has no real beach. People layout on the paved area beside the sideway and there are some chairs. The hotel recommended a beach that was about .5 miles walk and it was very nice. It had a lawn area with loungers for rent (3 Euros each) and some very nice restaurants, bars, and shops...including a dive shop.
Not the hotel's issue, but Google Maps had a hard time finding the hotel. We had luggage and decided to dry close and drop it off. It was a little more of an issue, than I realized since Google Maps took us a bit off and you must negotiate stairs and a brick alleyway to get to the hotel. As the hotel suggests, the best method is to get your parking early at the main lot and take the bus to the main square.

This is a charming hotel with lovely staff that are very helpful with recommendations to get the most out of your trip to Piran. As a small detail they offer use of a tea/coffee machine and snacks that you can access 24/7, which was exactly what we needed. The instructions before arriving for parking are helpful and important to know before you rock up. The bakery across the square that is used for the breakfast is delightful.
Everything went really well with our stay.

Gracious host, great location, comfortable room, and delicious breakfast! The hotel is located right off the main square so it’s in the heart of town. The bed and bedding were very comfortable. Bonus was that snacks, juice, coffee and tea were always available. If you are biking there is a room to store our bikes. Stay here if you can!
