Situated on the 12th floor, this exquisite 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo boasts a private wrap-around balcony accessible from every bedroom, providing the perfect vantage point to admire the beauty of Orange Beach and the mesmerizing Gulf waters.
The Primary suite is a tranquil haven, featuring a plush King bed, private bath, flat-screen Smart TV for entertainment, and direct access to the balcony. Relax in style and wake up to breathtaking sunrise views over the horizon.
The second bedroom offers a comfortable Queen bed, while the third bedroom provides two Full-sized beds, ensuring ample sleeping space for your family or group. Both guest rooms are equipped with flat-screen Smart TVs for added convenience. All TVs in unit have a Roku remote.
Prepare delicious meals in the fully-equipped kitchen, complete with granite countertops, a stylish backsplash, and all the essential appliances you need to whip up culinary delights. A full-sized washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience.

No complaints about the condo itself. It accommodated our 3 family vacation very well. My big issue is we had to pay for our second parking space. We did have 3 vehicles and this is our 6th year in a row to rent a condo or house and we always had 3 vehicles and never an issue. So the guard told us we could park at Walmart for three days before they tow ( he stated he had worked there and this was their policy). The same guard came to our room 3 times the first night. 1st with a list of places we could park the 3rd vehicle after we had already taken it to Walmart. 2nd time he came let us know that Walmart had changed their policy and only allowed 1 night to park. 3rd time he came he wanted to know if we were smoking, I cooked a lasagna and when we open the oven door it set off the smoke alarm in the kitchen. So already on our first night we all were very confused with this guard. So then the next morning we go to Walmart and the vehicle had been towed. So now we have 2 added expenses to our vacation. 1 for 2nd vehicle parking. Which I would assume they would know that 9 people would not be in one vehicle. 2nd added was vehicle being towed. It did not start our vacation very well. We talked to another guard the next day he said he can’t believe he told us that and he was a new guard. We showed him all the papers and the citation we got for our second car ( which I thought was free). Then on our last night we came in from the beach and left our cart full of
