Light and bright studio condo conveniently located downtown Long Beach. Close to cruise ship terminal, and airport. Several markets, the downtown restaurants, bars district, Shoreline Village, The Long Beach Convention Center, (3 minutes walking) The Aquarium of the Pacific, the Queen Mary and a metro line station are within walking distance from the condo. All new interior features a beautiful full kitchen with granite counters, stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster and much more. It is completely stocked with everything! We have extra linens , towels, hair dryer and iron. Large studio. Sleep 4 guests comfortably in 2 fully -sized beds, table lamp , Smart TV/cable and Internet -Wi-Fi . Private bathroom. A private balcony off the room with gorgeous ocean views. Full kitchen . No parking. Only Metered street parking. Weekly or monthly parking across the street at the Best Western, 555 or Chase. Long Beach is a vibrant, diverse community and a perfect home base for those visiting Southern California. It is conveniently located between LAX and John Wayne airports and only a few miles from Long Beach airport. Sailing, stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking and kite boarding are popular sports in the calm waters off Long Beach, while surfing can be found in nearby Huntington Beach. No Parking . Street only. I was in town for about 2 weeks and after working some long days, this spot was the perfect place to come back to. Full set up if I wanted to stay in and relax and a great location to so many restaurants in walking distance! Definitely staying here anytime I’m back for work!

Great location. Everyone in building was friendly. Close to beach and numerous restaurants. Laundry facilities in the building were extremely convenient. My daughter and I were very comfortable; however, if you are very hot-natured, this place may be too hot for you in the summer (since no air conditioning).

The apartment is cute and comfy. Ingrid was extremely helpful and informative. Walking distance to harbor, shopping, 18 min away from Disney, close to Huntington Beach and Laguna beach. I would recommend staying

Our spacious apartment at the Coopers Arms was an excellent base to visit our family in Long Beach. It had all the required facilities, especially a quaint kitchen. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and so we had a great night’s sleep. A nice bathroom with plentiful white towels for our 10 day stay. There was ample storage for our clothes. The Coopers Arms had lots of ambience and is a beautiful building, which added to our holiday experience. For the first few days of our stay the Grand Prix was staged in the nearby street and was very exciting. It was only a short walk to the beautiful sea front with a view of the iconic Queen Mary former cruise ship and relaxing coffee shops. We will definitely stay again for future visits to our family.

The location is great with quick walk to beach and lots of restaurants and bars close by. There is vons close by for groceries too. Parking is a challenge but expected with a downtown property. Be creative and you will find a cheap way to park. The building is 100 years old and with that it comes with some wear and tear but it also has a charm to it.

The unit is very clean. Its location is ideal for visiting LB downtown area. It’s at walkingdistance from everywhere :coffee place, restaurants, groceries, church and convention center.

Ingrid was great. We were delayed at the airport and Ingrid patiently waited for us. The property is exactly as described. It can be loud at night as it's on a main street and the emergency vehicles travel right past. It's super close to everything and it is possible to find free parking a couple blocks away. Having a kitchen saved us a lot of money and Vons Supermarket is a very close walk away.

After living in long beach in the sixties we longed back to LB, and staying at the Cooper Arms was just great. Our host was really Nice and there were no problems what so ever. If possible we would comeback again in the future.

Nice stay
Ingrid was an amazing host and very accommodating. She let me check in early and let me leave late. The area can be a little boisterous but I liked the feeling of being in the middle of everything and the sounds die off by bedtime.

Great location!
Wonderful old historic building with restaurants within one block, Avon’s grocery store three blocks away, a bodega within two blocks and a cafe on the ground floor. The unit is on the 5th floor, and there’s an elevator. Very comfortable bed, and a vintage inspired kitchen with a gas stove and microwave. It has a lovely little veranda overlooking Linden Ave, where you can sit and enjoy the street sounds below. Very quiet after 9pm; sleeping was no problem. From the veranda you can see about 3/4 of the Queen Mary at its berth.
I read some other reviews before my trip where people mentioned the fridge door opening the wrong way, which is true and a bit of a momentary inconvenience, but certainly not enough to dissuade me from returning.
I didn’t want the hassle of parking, so I didn’t rent a car. Having everything so close by was nice.
The Cooper Arms is less than a 30 minute walk from my adult son’s house, so I enjoyed a couple strolls in the late afternoon. I will book again!

Longbeach California. The manager Ingred was amazing communication was beyond excellent. This studio apartment is outdated but you couldn't ask for a more cozy place to stay with absolutely everything you could possibly need. The only thing we had to buy was our groceries for a week. Great location right downtown. Everything is in walking distance. I would highly recommend emperor the price.

Nice kitchen although small. Good location. Furniture is very cheap and uncomfortable; not great if you plan to spend time in the condo.

Great place with character. If you can get over the refrigerator and the toaster you'll have a great place to rest in a great Long Beach neighborhood. Ingrid was easy to work with and was accommodating. Priced very appropriately.
