Ideally located between Route 6A/Main Street and Route 137, this property puts you close to Cape Cod Bay, charming shops, local restaurants, and all that Brewster has to offer.
The main level features a remodeled kitchen with a spacious island and bar seating, opening to a welcoming dining area with seating for six. The comfortably furnished living room offers a flat-screen TV and A/C, creating a relaxing space to unwind after a day at the beach. A third bedroom is also located on the main floor and features two twin beds, A/C, a flat-screen TV, and glass sliders leading to the private outdoor deck. A full hall bathroom completes the main level.
Upstairs, the spacious primary bedroom features a king bed, en-suite bathroom, flat-screen TV, and A/C. The second upstairs bedroom offers a queen bed, vaulted ceiling with a charming arched window, private deck, flat-screen TV, A/C, and its own en-suite bathroom.

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS
In the event of cancellation, a refund minus a service fee of 25% of the total rent rate will be made if and ONLY if rental property is re-rented. The $205 booking & damage protection fee is non-refundable. If rental property is not re-rented, cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the total rental amount paid. All notices of cancellation must be in writing.

Your stay includes up to $597 per week in complimentary activities (subject to season and valid for stays up to 27 nights or less). By booking with us, you'll receive free tickets—every day of your stay—to top activities, including:

Pool passes are NOT included in your stay and must be purchased separately. The Ocean Edge Resort Golf Club manages the distribution, fees, and operations of all amenities, which are subject to change without notice.
