About this house rental
Beautifully renovated mid-century modern 3200 sq foot lakefront home with every amenity imaginable! House is secluded by a forest of cedars giving you lots of privacy. Private dock and lakefront allow for swimming, kayaking, canoeing, and fishing as well as lots of other fun water activities!
House comes with a canoe, several kayaks, outdoor hammocks, a paddle board, and lounge chairs for the sun as well as several outdoor tables and enough outdoor seating for over 10 people. A large gas bbq is provided as well. The huge deck outside of the home is perfect for al fresco dining among the trees and sunshine.
We also have an outdoor shower and a hot tub with 48 jets that seats 4-6 people comfortably.
The interior of the house has a large living room with a sectional sofa and a wood-burning fireplace.
The kitchen comes fully stocked and has a breakfast bar as well as a dining table. Dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, the list goes on and on- You will find what you need here to make the perfect meal.
Just off the kitchen is a 4 season room with additional seating and beautiful views of the outdoors.
A family room/ game room is located on the ground floor with an extra large sectional, smart flat screen tv with DVD/VHS player for movie watching, video games, lots of board games and puzzles, a record player, cocktail video game table, and an air hockey table.
4 Bedrooms total- One with a king bed, two with queens and one with a twin bunk bed comfortably sleeps 8.
Sleepy Hollow is a private community so with the house rental you have access to its two in-ground pools, Beach, clubhouse, tennis courts, basketball courts, and many kids playgrounds as well - so much fun for the whole family to be had!
Please note- we have outdoor cameras monitoring the safety of the building. There are pointed at the driveway and the yard. Also, they are pointed at the deck, hot tub, and the waterfront as well.

Had a wonderful stay for Spring break this past week with my kids. The house has everything you need and could think about needing! The host was super helpful and responsive as well. All of the photos are accurate and represented the property perfectly! We would absolutely stay here again.

The appeal of this house was that there are many things to do at the house. Because of the pandemic we were not going to go out and do touristy things. Unortunately, we exprienced several issues with the ammenities; however, the owners were very responsive. When we arrived all the pool balls were stuck inside the table, but they were able to walk us through how to release the balls so we were able to play pool all week. The DVD player was not connecting to the TV but we were able to play DVDs through the Playstation. A word of advice, shutdown the PS instead of letting it sleep or you will have trouble getting it to wake back up. The Xbox is a first generation Xbox and didn't work for us, but we didn't do any troubleshooting sine the PS worked. There is a home alarm system that started beeping (not really sure why) and in the process of addressing that we inadvertly, and unknowingly, activated it. It was an abrupt wake up the next morning when we were letting the dog out. Since it was chilly out we didn't take advantage of any of the water activities. The house is large and we had plenty of room to spread out.
