The vibe and the waiter Mariam was really helpful and goes out of her way to help.
We spent one night at Tzila Lodge, and unfortunately, I have one major concern regarding the bathroom in Room 7.
The water temperature was completely uncontrollable. Even with the tap turned to cold, extremely hot water would come out. The tap water was scalding hot, and my wife actually suffered a burn on her hand because of it. The bidet (shatafa) was also particularly dangerous for the same reason.
On top of that, the sink mixer was noticeably dirty, and the showerhead was spraying water uncontrollably.
I acknowledge that I should have raised these issues immediately during our stay. However, when checking out, the receptionist asked whether we had any comments. I explained everything, including the hot water issue, and her only response was, “Oh, mashy.”
What concerns me most is not just the poor bathroom maintenance, but the complete lack of concern when reporting a genuine safety hazard. If this had happened to a child, the consequences could have been far more serious.
I genuinely hope management takes this feedback seriously, inspects the plumbing in Room 7, and addresses the issue before another guest gets injured. These are basic safety standards that should never be overlooked in any hospitality establishment.

From the minute you step through the gates of Tzilda it is breath taking and so peaceful . The staff are so lovely . The food is clean fresh and so tasty . From the pool the gardens and roof top sunrise views . The room are absolutely stunning with arched high ceiling and beautiful linen , bath product and style . We LOVE to stay here again thank you

The staff were excellent. Everyone was so friendly and extremely easy to coordinate with. The food was delicious and it was super easy to arrange a ton of activities in the village and nearby, from a tuktuk driver to a fisherman boat to a desert safari. We will be coming again!
Absolutely nothing. Everything was perfect.
