great hostel ,would recommend

the hostel is great the girls are very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is good the air conditioning in the room is good also, i loved the place and i will defiantly go back there, modern hostel with private rooms, perfect setting for us

Gutes Hotel

Schöne Ausstattung, mit gut funktionierender Klimaanlage (unsere Rettung)! Wir haben nur eine Nacht dort verbracht, deswegen leider nicht viel zu berichten. Man konnte vor Ort viele Ausflüge buchen und das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit. Kreditkartenzahlung war möglich.

Room was a good size, A/c and fan worked well but perhaps a bit close to the bed for the ac unit. Check in was smooth and easy. Lots of chillout space. Staff were pleasant and polite.

No designated smoking area, just on the main street which is quite sketchy at night so not very comfortable standing around outside. Mattress wasn't the most comfy but OK. Food and coffee from the restaurant was quite disappointing especially for the price. Not really a sociable hostel but guess that always depends who stays there.

Quiet, clean and reasonable price.. Vanessa in reception was very helpful and gave me an excellent dinner recommendation.

Not much of a vibe (barely saw anyone else) but perhaps it was just my timing.

We really enjoyed the large queensize beds in the dorms. The food is very tasty and they have selfmade beer.

The whole environment was very comfortable and feel very homely. The bed in the dorm rooms were very big and comfy as well. For someone like me who appreciates some calmness, this is a perfect place to just rest and recharge, the food were reasonable priced as well and staff + owner were very kind and hospitable.

Great location. Very quiet. On the edge of the main tourist area but literally only 1 minutes walk away. Friendly helpful staff. Good breakfast. Air conditioning worked well. I would happily stay here again.

You have to get staff to let you into the front door which they weren't always the quickest to do. Cold showers but this seems common in Columbia.

A very pleasant stay, centrally located and cofmortable

I had a very comfortable couple of nights stay at the hotel. It is located near the center, but in an area where one would not walk at night (fine during the day). Very comfortable and clean beds, with privacy curtains and with individual lights. Superior interior yard with various plants, with the cat as a nice addition. Breakfasts were very good also (although for extra fee). The terrace was also nice, and it was the only hostel to find the yoga mats!

· I periodically had to ask to make the room a bit less cold (the AC was at a low temperature).

Highly recommend.

Best hostel we've stayed in so far in Colombia. The private room was super comfortable and the vibe there is fab.

All of it. My second time here in a week as I needed to go back to Santa Marta. Great spaces to relax. Quiet on an evening so you can rest and recharge. Really clean, airy and the staff are 10/10 especially Maria Jose. She is sunshine personified! And great home cooked food!

Great and friendly place. Would stay again

The staff were so friendly! Really helpful and kind. The rooms were big and airy. I stayed in a dorm one night and a private room the next. Really great places to chill out upstairs. Great breakfast!

The pastic sheets on the bed make you sweat. The air con in the dorms was freezing and could have done with a blanket over the sheet

A really nice hostel with beautiful private rooms. Everything was clean and organised, staff friendly and helpful. We returned after our trek as well and it was a perfect place to clean up and rest.

Perfect place to stay and explore Santa Marta. Staff is super friendly and very helpful.

Breakfast was great, airconditioning worked very well and was very needed:). Bathroom and bed were very clean and comfortable. Staff was super friendly and very helpful. The location was ideal for exploring Santa Marta’s historical centre. We were able to walk to many dinner places and back safely. Super close to the buses to Tayrona, Taganga and Minca!!

Simple comfortable dorm

Simpel clean dorms and nice food. The dorm is quiet for a good nights sleep!

the street and surroundings felt sketchy. I only stayed one night and made sure to be in before sunset. Would not walk alone in that area in the dark even if its still early but taxis can fix that problem!
