בדירה אין חלון שאפשר לפתוח,
ואם יש זה ללא רשת, קומה נמוכה ונכנסים מעופפים.
האמבטיה לא נקיה, כל התחושה במקלחות היא שלא מספיק נקי , מצב תחזוקה של שירותים, מקלחות- ירוד, הצינור של המקלחת קרוע. במטבח הקומקום מלא אבנית,וגם התחושה במטבח שלא מספיק נקי.
החדרי שינה נוחים, מיטות נוחות, יש מקום לאיחסון,אין מראה באחד החדרים- וזה מפריע.
המזגנים נמצאים רק בחדרי השינה,
ולפיכך במטבח ובחדר האוכל/ הול חם.
המחיר של הדירה הזו היה נמוך מדירות אחרות, וכעת אני מבינה למה. הרמה הכללית פה נמוכה. מי שלא מפונק ובא לשים את הראש- זה סבבה לו, מי שמחפשים קצת פינוק, נקי ונעים- לא חוויתי את זה!
כמו כן יש 3 דלתות שצריך לעבור עד הכניסה, דלתות כבדות - זה מעיק!
ויש ריח לא נעים בכניסה וגם בדירה- היא חנוקה.
המיקום בסדר , אבל מי שמטייל ברחבי רומא ולא נמצא רק ברחוב הקניות, אז זה לא עקרוני המיקום פה.
בעלת הדירה מתקשרת בוואטסאפ, והיא זמינה.
אני לא אמליץ למכריי על הדירה הזו .
אי אפשר להשכיר דירה שיש בה ליקויים ולא לתקן.

Posizione eccellente, metro a pochi passi come pure servizi (bar, ristoranti, asporto e mini-market); appartamento spazioso dotato di tutto l'essenziale, arredi moderni e funzionali, letti comodi, bagni attrezzati per poter appendere gli asciugamani di tutti gli ospiti (noi eravamo in 5), pulizia accurata.
Accoglienza professionale e molto cordiale; comunicazioni efficaci e tempestive con l'host; abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato la possibilità di lasciare in luogo protetto i nostri bagagli oltre l'orario del check-out per godere ancora di qualche ora delle bellezze di Roma.

Great location, spacious rooms, and plenty of privacy.
The water pressure in both bathrooms was terrible—like showering with an eyedropper—and the wallpaper made the space feel dark and gloomy.
