The Florida Vacation Rentals Ban Has Been Lifted We're pleased to announce that the vacation rental ban in various counties in Florida, have been lifted. Guests can now resume booking vacation homes through our website and with our reservations team. We are committed to providing a safe vacation spot for your family. As such we are following all Safe Home guidelines set forth by the Vacation Resort Management Association. We know these are just guidelines and not all companies have chosen to follow them, but nothing is more important to us than your health and safety. We have instituted a mandatory wait time of 48 hours in between stays and are using the highest safe clean protocols available. We are performing a high touch wipe of each and every surface as well as 'fogging' each home with an anti-bacterial spray as a last and final step before your check in. You can rest easy that we've taken extraordinary steps to provide a clean, comfortable, and safe place to relax. This home was built and furnished as the model show home for this resort, and it shows. From the moment you enter you can see the difference. With gorgeous tile throughout the downstairs, to the modern contemporary furnishings and window treatments this home has it all. As you enter the home you will find the second seating area, with two sofas and even a poker table! As you walk through the downstairs you enter the open plan kitchen dining and living area. The huge 10 seat dining table is made from one piece of wood and really catches the eye. In the lounge you will find a large flat screen TV on the wall along with a DVD player for those relaxing evening after walking through the parks all day. Outside you will find the large pool deck with plenty of seating and loungers, the deck even has built in lights for those evening you need to cool off! Upstairs you will find the king master suite, with huge en suite shower room. Upstairs you will find 2 further king bedrooms, 2 queen bedrooms and a bunk bed room. Each bedroom boasts a flat screen TV, In the games room you will find a pool table, air hockey table and even a football table to keep the kids (or the children at heart) entertained for hours. All this in the beautiful gates, guarded resort of Watersong. The clubhouse os only a few minutes walk and boasts a huge fitness centre, a cyber cafe, beach volleyball, children's playground and even a putting green! This home has been outfitted with a full sized washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, vacuum and other house wares you might need during your stay. Guests are welcome to enjoy the comprehensive cable package available on all TV's through this home. Complimentary high speed internet and free local and domestic calls also make it easy to stay connected with friends and family. All homes managed by United Vacation Homes are professionally cleaned and maintained. Guests can also rest assured that our dedicated guest services team are available 24/7 before, during and after your stay. Pool Heat for this home is $25 plus tax per day

Absolutely fantastic property. Everything you needed and more. The beds were so comfortable and spacious. Beautiful bathrooms with both bath and shower in some rooms.
The downstairs living accommodation was huge with an open plan kitchen. The outside area had a lovely pool which was a blessing after long days at the parks.
In the garage was a games room with pool table and air hockey. A large round poker table was available too if you fancied a game of cards.
6 adults and one infant had a fabulous time. I would highly recommend this property. Will definitely book it again if we ever go to Florida again.

We were looking forward to our return visit to this house, since the size and layout of the home is perfect for our family vacation. After driving almost 9 hours we arrived at the house to find out the entry code given to us was not working. Tried calling management company, no answer and couldn’t leave a voicemail. Luckily Maria at the guard shack was able to get in touch with the owner to remotely reprogram the door code. The house did have some new furniture but the furniture didn’t outweigh the signs of needed attention. During our stay we found bugs in the kitchen area and bathrooms. The kitchen equipment (utensils, pot/pans) definitely need to be replaced. A house that size should not only have 9 forks. Some of the pots and pans were so dirty and/or old we were didn’t use them. The hot tub could not be used because when the jets were turned on the water drained out from the hot tub (reported to manage company). In addition, the pool was turning greener as the week went by! The first time we used the clothes dryer, it made a loud banging noise. We reported this to management company and a maintenance man did come out and told us that parts to be ordered and they would arrive the following week to fix the dryer but it was ok to still use the dryer. Based on this weeks experience, we won’t be renting this home in the future.

Overall my experience was pretty good. There was quite a few cockroaches around the home and that was something that I noticed as I furthered into my stay at the home. Communication with the home owner wasn’t as great. I tried to contact them about some issue with the parking but they didn’t explain to me how to resolve the issue.

Place was as listed, just a couple of items needed taken care card table chairs were broken, well used I imagine, The floor around the family room couch area, could use a good scrubbing, There was no barbq They do nee to restock their glasses, but we would book this location again as it was central to everywhere and had the space for 3 couples to stay
The owner/management was very quick to respond to any questions and help out.

This house was clean. The area was quiet. It was only a 40 minute drive, with heavy traffic, to disney and universal.

The house was a great size for our group of 10 guests! The property was well maintained and definitely fit our needs. Quiet neighborhood - close to theme parks and good restaurants.

The house was nice and equipped with everything we needed except for the password for the WiFi. One of our party needed the connection to continue working and we weren't able to get the password until the fourth day of our stay. When we were doing our double check before leaving, we found the sign for the WiFi had been knocked behind the entertainment console some time ago and was covered in dust. The level of clean was not as good as some of the other properties we've stayed in before. We found candy wrappers and a hair comb under the bed as well as other small trash around the house in little nooks and crannies. Not a deal breaker for us, but a signal that not enough care was going in to the cleaning of the place between guests.
Another thing that was off putting was the amount of damage the home had prior to our arrival. I took photos of everything I saw and sent an email to the contact to document it. The company made note of the damage and we weren't charged for anything, but it always makes me panic that I'm going to get charged for extra stuff when I see that amount of things to document.
Overall the stay was great. We enjoyed the pool, the amount of bathrooms, the extra seating, and the location in proximity to the things we wanted to go to and experience. I'd even recommend this location if you're only planning on hanging out at the house with friends or family. It's got enough space for everyone.

Spacious home but showing it’s age. Management hard to get a hold of.
I’ll start by saying it was a huge house! We loved the space, it fit our family perfectly. Beyond that I’ll have to say we were dissatisfied.
1. It was starting to look a little run down
2. We had ants in the kitchen that management would not respond to until we mentioned that the air conditioner upstairs broke down
3. The AC broke down and never did work again even after the repair person came to fix it. The last 3 nights were uncomfortable to sleep in
4. The master bedroom bed was broken so the mattress sags and the shower door doesn’t shut
5. The kitchen is still lacking common items but overall was able to work that out
6. As in other reviews the hot tub gets terribly hot so you can’t have it running very long.
We have stayed at quite a few VRBOs and this location did not have the feeling of owners who cared about the stay. It feels like just a business transaction for them. The management was hard to get ahold of until we had to contact them about the AC.

Great family vacation home
We enjoyed our weeks stay at this home. The home was perfect for our needs since we were a family of 9, plenty of room for everyone to spread out . The kitchen/dining room area had enough seating for all of us to be able to enjoy dinners together. Kitchen had an ample supply of plates, etc. I cannot tell you how many hours the kids spent in the pool to say they enjoyed it is an understatement. The home was very clean upon arrival. We were concerned about how long a drive it would be to get to the parks since the home was in Davenport but the drive was not a problem at all. It took us approximately 25-30 minutes to get to SeaWorld from the home. There are plenty of stores, restaurants, etc. within a short drive to the house. The Watersong Community is very picturesque and clean. You can expect to hear dump trucks coming into the community since there is still construction happening in the community. The only issue we had was trying to get an additional guest pass for our son. We were unaware that each car must be registered with the guard gate and there was nothing in the rental agreement or other paperwork informing us of that. We had a wonderful time in the beautiful home (expect some wear and tear on some of the furniture and the carpeting), and would love to stay again in the future.

This is our second stay in WaterSong and this particular home was a very nice property for our extended family. Property management was very responsive to our needs. It is important to know that if someone has issues with mobility the bedroom furniture is very low to the ground. The furniture inside and out could use a tuneup but overall the property was great and very clean. Note that there is construction happening in the community so six days a week dump trucks were driving through the neighborhood starting at 6:00.

Overall, we had a great stay and loved the house! Nice neighborhood in quiet, developing area but not too far from things. I just have a few critiques that could make this house exceptional, if fixed:
- Wifi isn’t catered to lot of people. Gets bogged down easily and few of us that had to work on computers had to deal with constant frustration.
- House needs more kitchen supplies. Pots and pans were in rough shape. Wasn’t enough silverware for more then few people. Lot of little things were missing (Measuring cups, shot glasses, etc)
- We paid for hot tub heat, which was nice. But it’s extreme. If off, it gets lukewarm. If on, it gets to like 110 degrees in 10 minutes and it’s too hot for anyone. So you have to keep turning it off every few minutes.
- Several people in our house had constant issues with cheap shower doors that wouldn’t shut.
I know this sounds critical, but in all actuality we loved the house. Frustrated a bit at times, but the house is beautiful and kept in good condition. And we’d definitely stay again, especially if Wi-Fi was better.

Spacious, clean and perfect!
The house is exactly as listed. Spacious, clean, warm and welcoming! Plenty of room for all guests, great pool and jacuzzi, and spacious for everyone to spend time together and have solo time! Only suggestions are updating the poker table chairs, and fixing the bed frame for the master bedroom with the two headed shower bathroom! Overall, will defenitely be booking again.

Perfect week vacation spot. Other than the beds they house was great. Beds are in need of an upgrade. Too low to floor for our age group. Poker table chairs need replacement but overall PERFECT vacation . We all wished we had reserved alonger stay. Beautiful house.

The house was amazing! It was everything plus more. The only down side is that it says it’s located in Kissimmee but it’s actually in Davenport. The neighborhood is quiet and well put together. It took the property a while to answer but other than that it was great. We do plan on coming back
