Situated in Cayucos, this charming house for $600 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. You’ll love to listen to the waves while sitting on the large deck eating your breakfast! This luxurious property has 5 bedrooms, 2.5 baths for up to 12 guests to spread out comfortably and enjoy the ultimate beach relaxation vacation! You’ll feel right at home the moment you step inside with the updated kitchen that is fully stocked with cooking supplies. Massive windows and glass doors provide a true indoor/outdoor feeling. Sit on the patio and listen to the waves or drink a glass of wine while enjoying the hot tub. Please NO PETS as we have a child suffering from severe allergies and have had issues with even some hypo-allergenic animals. Unfortunately, there is no enclosed yard at the house, so there is not an option to bring them on this trip! The house just went through a complete remodel and update in Spring 2017, so you will enjoy a new house that feels clean and fresh to help you fully relax. You will enjoy new kitchen cabinets, appliances, kitchen supplies, new white bedding and upgraded windows. Throughout the house you will find new floors, new baseboards, new doors and new paint. You will appreciate the room for multiple couples or families with the 3 king bedrooms, 1 queen and the kids room hosting a full-over-full bunk bed, a twin bed, tv (with DVD and wifi) and an air hockey table (please see floorplan in pictures for more detail). There is a gas BBQ and patio furniture to enjoy the gorgeous sunsets. The house includes bedding, bath towels, hot tub towels, boogie boards and beach toys. The kitchen is fully stocked to assist you in creating meals for your crew. We have created a new luxury get away for you and your family! You will enjoy the 1.5 block walk to the local grocery store, restaurants and the beginning of town. The pier is a leisurely ½ mile walk, perfect for stretching your legs and catching a bite to eat or to fish off the pier. The beach is a short 2-minute walk to the right or left, making it easy to run back to the house to use the outdoor bathroom when you are building sandcastles! Cayucos is reminiscent of the old school beach towns and this house is the perfect location for you to enjoy all it has to offer! Don't miss a chance for a luxurious stay at the perfect beach town where you can walk to the beach, walk to dinner and sit on your patio and hear the waves! Weekly rentals are required during the summer months and run FRIDAY-FRIDAY. Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 11am. We must hold to these times during the summer months in order to have the house up to standard for the next tenants!

This beautiful home is so clean and tastefully decorated, and has everything you could possibly need. And the location was perfect for our walks down to the beach, to the park, or into town. The house was well situated with a very short walk to the beach, which thrilled our 2 year old! We cooked most of our meals and found the kitchen to be very well set up for doing this. It had most of the items we would use in our own home to cook. We had one day that got pretty hot and the living room/kitchen was a bit uncomfortable to be in but there were fans provided in the house. An awning or something to help shade the sliding glass windows in the front of the house might be a welcomed addition for those warmer days (no idea how common 80+ degree days are in this area so we might just have gotten unlucky).

Everything in the house was updated, well designed, comfortable, clean, organized! It makes a vacation so much easier when you can just walk in and start relaxing, you have everything you need. The walk across the street to the beach is VERY easy, quiet, safe neighborhood, and this section of the beach is in a perfect location, away from the the hustle at the pier. Loved it! Won't stay anywhere else when we go to Cayucos

This was one of the best vacation rentals we have stayed at! Julie is an incredible host who equipped the house with EVERYTHING that guests could possibly need. A fully stocked kitchen (and I mean they had every type of a kitchen tool, lots of plates and serving dishes, appliances and gadgets) all in a great condition. Every bathroom had cleaning and bathing supplies. Bedrooms had great quality sheets and warm blankets. The kids room had books and toys for the kids to play with. Not to mention the well designed look of the entire house! It was just such a pleasure staying here! Plus the proximity to the beach is just fantastic (only a 3 minute walk to a perfect beach). Also there is a supermarket to which you can walk to. Overall can’t recommend this place enough!!!!

We had the best experience at this house in Cayucos. The space was perfect to accommodate our group and had all of the amenities and other household items we needed, and then some. I’ve stayed in this home twice this year because after the first stay we knew we wanted to return this summer because the home suited us so well. The location is excellent - in a quiet, walking-friendly neighborhood right across from beach access and a block from a children’s playground, and just a short walk to the restaurants and shops if you want to do the tourist thing. The home’s layout is spacious and nicely allows for sleeping quarters to be quiet (we had four young kids with us) while others are socializing in the living space towards the front. My adult siblings and our families and my parents were all quite comfortable in our bedrooms, and really enjoyed spending the bulk of the day drifting between the front patio and kitchen/dining/living room. The hot tub is a fun bonus. We also appreciated the use of the washer/dryer. The owners have thought of everything guests could possibly need so you don’t have to lug kitchen supplies or even beach towels and chairs - it’s all there. And Julie is super communicative for when questions arise. I will stay again in the future.

Wow!! Wow!! Wow!! This was perfect! We were a group of 10 adults. We wanted everyone to sleep comfortably and to fit around a table for family meals. We also wanted to be close to the water. This place was perfect! The beds were super comfortable, all the rooms were clean, neat and cute! The front room is bigger then the picture leads on. We were able to cook and all hang out together in beautiful space. The host was kind and easy to work with. She takes great care of the property and her hard work shows! The kitchen is fully stocked with all your cooking equipment needs. We were able to make some amazing meals with ease and comfort!! I highly recommend this house!!

Our stay included 5 children and 6 adults. The location is perfect. A short walk to the beach. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The house has a play room for the kids. Very enjoyable! We’ll be back.
