The kitchen, with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, has seating for 4 at breakfast counter and opens up to a bright den. Formal dinning seats 8 and in the covered terrace, a long picnic table, seats 10. The front yard offers privacy and has hammocks under the palm trees. It is a 10 minute walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, kids playground, Village Green. The Beach Park offer residents exclusive access to the beach. Golf cart can be rented to ride around the village.
