About this house rental
Situated in Halkidiki, this lovely house for $132 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. The small holiday house complex is located at the southern end of the wide sandy beach at Nikiti, in an absolutely quiet surrounding with a wonderful view across the beach and the sea. Due to the hillside location the semi-detached houses (in regional Macedonian style) are staggered on terraces in 4 rows, one after another. The semi-detached houses are built slightly offset so that the terrace of each half is sight-protected from the other. MIRANTA is placed in the front row, directly at the sea with a wonderful view. The beautiful holiday domicile is surrounded by its own ground-level lawn, with a pergola overgrown with vines and some benches to sit on. After 50mtr and a staircase you go through very shallow water to reach the beach that is just below the holiday complex. The two-storey semi-detached house MIRANTA is practically furnished with some modern accents. On the ground floor of the house is the living/dining area with adjoining kitchen, one small bedroom and a bath. From the livingroom and the bedroom there is direct access to the circumferential terrace and the garden where you have a wonderful sea view. From the living room (via a staircase) you get to the first floor with two more bedrooms and a bath. From each of the bedrooms you have direct access to the large, roofed terrace where you can enjoy a wonderful view acrross the sea and the bay of Nikiti. The aircondition is installed in the stairway on the first floor. Centerpiece of the domicile is at the side of the house - the roofed terrace with a BBQ area and a magificent view across the sea, the surrounding coast and the village Nikiti. The holiday house MIRANTA and its wonderful location are ideal for an informal holiday at the sea and is especially suited for families with kids. Directly below the holiday complex, after approx. 100mtr through very shallow water you reach the beach that is connected to the wide and extensive sandy beach of Nikiti. In near vicinity you will find plenty of beautiful bays and fine sandy beaches. After another 400mtr you will find the beach bar Geranion with sunbeds and parasols at Nikiti beach. 1 to 1,5 km further south you get to the bays of Kastri and the long sandy beach of Aghios Ioannis. The infrastructure in Nikiti gives you all amenities you need for your holiday. There are plenty of cafés and taverns along the promenade, directly at the beach. In the smaller and larger streets of the town there are many shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries and cash withdrwal machines (ATMs). The well-developed marina with a port for boats and yachts at the northern end of the town applies a special charm to the lovable village during summer time. Apporx. 2 km along the coast, in a beautifull hillside location you get to the well preserved ancient center of Nikiti with its typical Macedonian houses and the small and narrow alleys.

Wir waren absolut begeistert von der Unterkunft. Der Ausblick ist einfach traumhaft.
Sie liegt direkt an einer kleinen Bucht, die besonders für kleine Kinder geeignet ist, da das Wasser dort ganz lange sehr seicht ist. Wer die Ruhe sucht, ist dort genau richtig.
Es ist alles Nötige im Haus vorhanden, vom Salz bis zu Seife oder dem Waschmittel.
Die Vermieter sind sehr nett.

Ein hervorragende Unterkunft mit Ruhe
Wir waren absolut begeistert von der Unterkunft. Man hat einen traumhaften Blick aufs Meer und eine kleine Bucht vor der Tür, die super für kleine Kinder ist, da das Wasser zunächst sehr seicht ist. Wer die Ruhe vom großen Trubel sucht, ist hier genau richtig.
Die Besitzer sind sehr nett. Es ist alles nötige in der Unterkunft vorhanden.
Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt sind die Matratzen im Haus, bei denen man die Federn merkt. Vor allem die Matratze oben direkt vor Kopf, war sehr durchgelegen. Da konnte ich als Erwachsene nicht drauf schlafen.
Sonst alles top. Gerne wieder.

Das Ferienhaus ist geräumig , gut ausgestattet und hat eine super Lage mit wunderschönem Blick aufs Meer ( von der Terrasse und vom Balkon )! Man ist in 3 Minuten die Treppe unten am Meer .Das Meer ist an diesem Zugang zwar ziemlich niedrig aber wer gerne schnorchelt wird mit vielen Fischen belohnt. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir haben vor wieder zu kommen .Auch der benachbarte Ort Nikiti ist schnell zu erreichen und dort gibt es eine schöne Promenade am Meer mit vielen Reataurants.

Wir, Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern, hatten Mitte Mai eine super Woche in der Wohnung Miranta. Die Wohnung war super ausgestattet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Das Meer zum baden lag direkt vor der Türe. Ein sehr schöner Sandsttrand ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Mit dem Fahrrad ca. 5 Minuten. Es gab jeden Abend einen wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang, welchen man sich auf der Dachterrasse oder auf einer der Terrassen vor dem Haus anschauen konnte. Die Wohnung ist etwas außerhalb von Nikiti gelegen und es war bei uns sehr ruhig. Ein Auto oder Fahrräder sollte man haben. Sonst sind die Wege recht lang, aber machbar.
Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir bekamen bei der Anreise gleich Wasser und zwei Gläser Honig.
Wir können uns sehr gut vorstellen hier mal wieder Urlaub zu machen.

Die Größe, Lage und Aussicht des Hauses sind genial. Jeden Abend kann man das Schauspiel eines Sonnenuntergangs erleben. Das ist ein Traum. Auch der Außenbereich des Hauses ist sehr großzügig mit verschiedenen Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten, mehreren Sonnenschirmen etc. Ein sehr schöner Strand liegt nur 5 Min. zu Fuß entfernt. Zum Ort mit vielen netten Restaurants und Bars läuft man gemütlich in einer knappen halben Stunde, weitere schöne Strände und Ausflugsziele sind vom Ort aus in 10 bis 20 Autominuten ganz leicht erreichbar.

Check in perfetto. Molto disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta. Perfetta per raggiungere le belle spiaggie della parte ovest, ma in 15-20 di macchina min si raggiungono anche quelle della parte est. Accesso al mare da una scaletta, dove ci è stata resa disponibile una canoa. Cena con splendida vista sul tramonto. Al mattino colazione con vista su un mare super blu. Consigliatissimo.

Ein bisschen abseits von Nikiti, man schaut von der Terrasse auf die Bucht von Nikiti und den schönen Sonnenuntergang.

Wir haben die zwei Wochen in dem Haus sehr genossen. Die Einrichtung ist einfach und zweckmäßig, d..
Wir haben die zwei Wochen in dem Haus sehr genossen. Die Einrichtung ist einfach und zweckmäßig, der Preisklasse entsprechend. Unbezahlbar dagegen ist die Lage. Etwas außerhalb bzw. oberhalb Nikitis gelegen, liegt die gesamte Bucht einem als Panoramabild zu Füßen. Ganz großes Kino und einfach traumhaft. Wer sich schnell mal erfrischen will, geht nur eine Steintreppe runter und steht im flachen Wasser mit sandigem Untergrund. Ein Kanu stand dabei auch zur Verfügung. Der schöne "Hausstrand" Small Kastri (Sand/Kiesel) liegt etwas versteckt auf der anderen Seite des Hügels 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Etwas weiter südlich reiht sich dann Bucht an Bucht mit traumhaften Stränden, wie der ca. 5 KM entfernte Kalogria Beach. Alles noch sehr entspannt im Mai vor dem Startschuss der Saison. Das gilt auch für Nikiti selbst, wo noch die Ruhe vor dem Sturm herrschte. Für die Einkäufe sollte aber ein Mietwagen vorhanden sein. Die großen Supermärkte (inkl. Lidl) liegen an der Hauptstraße etwas abseits der Küste. Michalis und seine Familie sind herzensgute Menschen, die sich mit großer Freude um Haus und Gäste kümmern. Wir können das Haus für Gäste, die mal so richtig abschalten wollen, uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Wir werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen.
