Pools were amazing but needed more frequent cleaning. Children's club and facilities excellent. Breakfast was excellent, well managed and the buffet style worked well. Hotel is located in a very picturesque spot and there are lovely walks in the adjacent forest, however wild dogs were a problem and frightened the family. The staff in general would go the extra mile to remedy any issues and all in all we were impressed by their responsiveness. Manager was very good.
Dinner buffet was a real let down and marred the stay, cold food that ran out every evening. The Hotel Manager and restaurant manageress remedied the situation by cooking special meals for the family, so that was an excellent response, it was a shame this element let the hotel down.
Gym was appalling, old, worn out equipment, non functional AC. Really not worth having and the junior spa staff were rude and unhelpful.
