Excellent location, so close to the gondola.
Large spacious room with a small kitchenette.
Small gym and sauna on site.
Ski storage room
A few maintenance issues, lights not great and thermostat broken on one of the radiators so couldn’t adjust heat.
Jacuzzi was out of service the whole time.
Sofa bed mattress quite hard

It's right next to the slopes and the ski pass ticket office. There's also ski rental right across the street. It's great that you can get back to the hotel from the slopes in just two steps on your way back.
We were able to enter our rooms when we arrived early in the morning, the staff were very helpful and extremely friendly.
The breakfast was varied; there was everything imaginable, including pastries, egg bread, salami, sausage, and jam.
The internet was only good in the lobby, it didn't work at all in the rooms, the beds weren't comfortable, but we managed for a few days.

It is located in a very convenient place, really close to the Gondola. It was very clean and the reception girl was very friendly.
We had a disagreement while I was trying to change my dates as this year there was a big problem will luck of snow, they eventually helped me and we made a random days change but I hoped them to be more pleasant to assist us!! Also, there was no hairdresser in the room as it was mentioned and I couldn’t find someone to ask for. Eventually, I dried my hair in another room..
