The location was at the edge of the city which gave us a nice view of the mountains. It was a 15 minute walk into the center of town where a lot of the restaurants are but it's not a bad walk. There is a free parking lot located directly across the street from the hotel and this was very convenient. Also, we had breakfast included in our stay. The buffet had a wide variety of options for breakfast.

Central with free parking. I liked the friendly atmosphere, the fact that I was helped to store extra luggage was a big plus for me, the breakfast was excellent, with many choices, pet friendly, spa area enough to feel good, quiet atmosphere in the garden space. I highly recommend it!

The location is good if you ski or not. In the winter they provide a shuttle; in the summer no dice. It's a 15-20 minute walk to the Old Town with a slight incline. As you enter the hotel it looks very nice and impressive, which is the facade of most places like this. The shower produced hot water, the a/c worked well, and the beds were reasonably firm. Breakfast, which was included in the fare, provided a significant assortment of sliced meat, fresh tomatoes, olives and the usual eggs and meat. The indoor pool was nice but shallow and overrun by children. Perhaps not so in the winter. Free parking across the street, but don't let yourself be boxed in.
The curtains is the room couldn't be used to block out the sun because they were missing the hooks allowing them to slide. The sheets and blankets were made for dwarves; I am 5'11'' and the blankets never covered my feet. The pillows were in name only. The room was had one nylon straight back chair and no easy way to connect a laptop and use it on a furniture. Light fixtures did not work. The cabinet door concealing the min-refrigerator was broken, much to the surprise of the receptionist. It was promptly removed. The gate at the back of the courtyard was unlocked and it appeared the the neighborhood enjoyed the pool and lounge chairs more that the paying customers. Good for community relations, bad for business. I paid, they did not. Clear evidence is the lack of white robes, slippers and conveyance of personal colored towels and abundance of children. Despite being an "international" destination, very few staff spoke English.
