The hotel is close to the old town, where there are some excellent restaurants; it is situated a bit of a walk from the gondola to take you up to the ski slopes but the hotel does offer a minibus service in the morning and afternoon. Best to hire skis and boots from a hire shop that will look after them overnight so you don't have to carry them around. We just took the minibus up in the morning and walked back at the end of the day ... a pleasant walk through old town, all downhill. There is a useful supermarket a 5 minute walk up from the hotel. LOVELY STAFF AT THE HOTEL !!
Could not fault the place; nice and clean and great friendly staff.

The spa facilities were good and clean enough. Moreover, the staff were very polite and willing to help us.
Even though our room was clean, there was a mold smell. We stayed in the attic and probably that was the reason of this strange smell.
Last, poor variety of breakfast.

Margarita, the receptionist, welcomed us warmly and she was helpful and kind. The relax zone was nice and cosy.
bed sheets and blankets were stained and ripped.
