Wonderful location, very close to center, but yet very quiet, parking just in front of the hotel, place super clean, host friendly and helpful. Legendary breakfast. Everything was enjoyable. If you come to Bansko this is THE place

I had a lovely balcony and could see the mountains - very nice. I have a gluten free diet and the hotel provides gluten free bread for breakfast. They also dripped me at the station when I was leaving (I had a heavy bag) which was very helpful and kind. And showed me where the bus stop to go up the mountain is (there is no sign). Hotel is in a great location too.

Our bedroom was large , very comfortable and had an excellent balcony. The service provided by the owner was first class- he was helpful, knowledgeable and interesting. He picked us up from Sofia Airport and also dropped us off for our onward coach journey from Blagoevgrad.

The apartment was very clean and spacious, and had everything we needed. I really liked the balcony and the fact that there was space to hang clothes outside to dry.
The parking space is right next to the accommodation, which was very convenient. There are shops and cafés nearby, and the city center is only about a 10-minute walk away.
The host was also very kind and always responded quickly whenever we had a question.
The bed wasn’t very comfortable. We could feel the springs through the mattress, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.
Also, if the neighbor parks in front of the parking space, it becomes very difficult to maneuver the car in and out. Unfortunately, we ended up scratching our car because of this.
