Size of the room and the balcony
Bathroom not well maintained. Partially rusted equipment. Beverages for breakfast - juices and coffee from the machines were disgusting

Location is perfect, next to the city park.
For that price dinner and breakfast must be better. Not good value for money spent. There are better options nearby.

A good and quiet location, with a really nice and tasty breakfast. Rooms are big and comfortable but they need some renovation.
The staff was young and inexperienced; I don't take this as a serious problem. WiFi in the rooms was very poor, and the TV channels were too basic. The sofas were very uncomfortable for sleeping
