Beautiful view from the window, great pools and sauna, and there’s lemon-infused water. The unlimited ice cream is delicious. Tasty pizza. Polite staff. Nice room with a large bed, blackout curtains, and a balcony with a beautiful view. Delicious cocktails. It’s located right next to the bus station.
Half of the spa facilities and saunas were not working. The salt room was cold. Children were entering the Pulse Therma area from the pool side, even though it’s not allowed.
The food was also an issue - even though there was plenty of it, all the hot dishes were disappointing: the croutons were cold, the meat was bland, and the spaghetti had almost no sauce.

Everything was excellent and well organized. The SPA area is great and has everything you need for relaxation. The outdoor pools were warm and very relaxing, and the thermal facilities were amazing. FOOD was excellent, and with the ALL-inclusive option, everything exceeded our expectations. Keep up the great work!
To be honest, I expected that everything could be ordered at the outdoor pool bar, but the selection was limited. The coffee was not very good, both at the bar and in the restaurant. Also, the staff could be a bit more friendly and welcoming 🙂

The new SPA section is very nice. Bathroom was clean.
Bed was not comfortable and the AC was making noise the whole night. Lots of different food but nothing was delicious. Generally old hotel.
