The location is great. Balcony view was really beautiful. Room was spacious and clean. Food was tasty and decent variety. Staff were very kind, helpful and welcoming. I went downstairs to wait for the free shuttle bus to the gondola and there was an issue and some emergency with the driver. The staff arranged a special transfer for me. They explained everything to me and answered all my questions. Overall my stay was brilliant and I really want to visit next year with my husband who couldn’t join me this time. Thank you 🙏🏻
There was nothing specifically I did not like. I would only recommend to make sure they label food properly for dinner and breakfast. People can have allergies or preferences in food. Breakfast food was not labelled so I had to ask a staff member to guide me. She wasn’t sure as well and had to go check with the kitchen staff. Food should be clearly labelled.

The internet connection was unstable in our room and the staff had to change our room which was nice.

Breakfast was very very poor. Rooms were not cleaned properly. Lots of hidden dust and spider webs, towels worn out. Bed was not double but instead two twin beds merged together and very discomforting. We could hear every noise from the hall, even cleaning staff were vacuuming before 9AM and talking loud, waking us up almost every morning.
