Location was great, hotel looks way better in real life then on photos. Great rooms - staff was nice - overall really great experience. The breakfast was nice! beds were comfy and pool/sauna massage facilities all good.
The breakfast did not offer any non pork meat and Sauna was not hot enough. these two things dissapointed me.

Everything was perfect and better than expected! Very clean and comfortable rooms, very nice pool and spa and free transfer to the lift.
The breakfast was very tasty as well. We will come back for sure!

Hotel was clean, warm, provided a shuttle to and from the gondola although it is only a short walk.
Staff when we arrived didn't explain where the spa was, breakfast etc lacked hospitality. Relatively expensive for the area.

Generally, it is a nice hotel.
The staff was absolutely out of space, didn’t know the rooms they have, didn’t speak Bulgarian, not that this is an issue for me personally, but it is located in Bulgaria after all. There were young kids attending the spa zone, who were not supposed to be there alone, according to my understanding, as a parent myself. In the relaxation area there were some pretty loud elderly Greek guests.. The worst was the noise in the middle of the night - I had to get up and go out in the hallway to scream at some drunken English boys to shut up at 3 and 4 am! I called reception they didn’t care. I threatened with calling the police, so these guys would stop. This is absolutely unacceptable, going to a hotel in a ski resort, to ski all day and then needing to rest in the night and be bothered by some obviously uneducated and ignorant people. When I told the receptionist in the morning all she said is - we will send them a note… would never even consider staying in this place again!
