Güzel bir tatil geçirdik.

Yemekleri çok lezzetli ve güzeldi. Otelin konumu hem kayak pistine hem de merkeze yakındı. Resepsiyon ve restoranttaki otel personeli güler yüzlü ve ilgili. Her konuda yardımcı olmak için ellerinden geleni yapıyorlar.

Çarşaflar ve havlular temizdi. Ancak banyo tuvalet ve odadaki genel alan temizlenirken özen gösterilmemişti. Banyo küveti kirliydi. Odadaki halı düzgün süpürülmediğinden halıda küçük saç topakları vardı. Housekeeping e odayı temizlemesini rica ettim. Tuvalete bir temizlik ilacı sıktı sifona bastı ve gitti. Odada kullandığımız bardakları banyo lavabosunda deterjansız eliyle durulayıp bıraktı. Türk hamamının olduğu bölümde yerler kirliydi.

ספא מעולה, קזינו מעולה, בריכה מחוממת, ספות נוחות אוכל עשיר, חנייה גדולה, ממש תענוג. ממליץ.

הצוות מהיר וזמין לכל בקשה, איכותי ואכפתי, לציין כי הייתי במלון לפני שנתיים והשירות השתפר משמעותית, אין לי תלונה אחת על השירות.

הגיוון באוכל, הייתי מוסיף סלטים קצוצים יותר ולא רק מלפפון ועגבנייה חתוכים (היה גם סלטים אבל לרוב זה היה מלפפון גבה גדול נפרד ועגבנייה חתוכה ל4) הריהוט בחדרים קצת מיושן, צריך לדאוג למקלחון ארוך כדי שהמים לא יצאו במהלך המקלחת

Nice and cozy hotel with friendly staff. The room was spacious and warm with very comfortable bed. Delicious breakfast.

bad food experience.

staff were nice. Casino inside is really good

the kitchen and food wasn’t at all vegan friendly. Staff barley understood what it was or what to do and were inconsistent- i needed to explain every meal from scratch. very dissatisfied with the food for vegan

would stay in another hotel and get to the casino next time, value for money was very low

only casino was good and the massage (not spa area)

staff was generally rude with exceptions (mr. serdal at front desk etc.), very small balcony, not clean enough (there were hairs at the bathroom floor, we needed another cleaning and housekeeping laughed at our demand?), limited open buffet

perfect. coming back again!

the hotel was really nice and the staff were super amazing and accommodating. we had some trouble with our booking reservation and they were patiently helping us and even upgraded us to a junior suit to make our stay pleasant. location was perfect and everything was great!! definitely coming again

the beds and pillows weren’t so comfortable, but it was ok.

Exceptional

I arrived little bet late, it was dark outside but even we we're late, they staff was friendly and so as we. Helped with bag's, and showed as the room we were staying. Food well, food.... it was amazing. I Liked everything. Breakfast good. Everything fresh and you can taste the freshness. Dinner, like I said - perfect. Meat was amazing, salad, pork, chicken, perfect. The cook made smoke accidentally, but it was fine. Because you can smell barbecue. And stuff was friendly to apologise about the smell from smoke. Room - good, fridge was working, all the necessary thinks was there tea, coffee and sugar. Towels, bathrobes, slippers. Perfect. Extras: Bar, always open, drinks was good as well only i missed the chocolate drink, next time I will get one. Spa- well I finally tried the massage, will say it was ok, well can't say more because it was my first time Swimming pool- warm and well maintained just last day's it was bit cold for my liking. Sauna/steam room- hot and awesome. Needed understand how sauna worked but i managed. Location- well it's not near ski lift about 15 min walk, main streat with resturants and othere stuff 5 - 20 min walking distance, depending were you want to go. Staff- friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. Asked about ski rental and transport. You can get equipment in hotell and transport is free to ski lift. Will be returning in this hotel

the bathroom was old. booking should not accept hotels that don’t post pictures with the bathrooms. Food was terible, they did not provide full informations regarding new years party, staff does not speak english.

Nice relaxing sejur

The place was very nice, theo food was good, I feel very relaxed after the stay and I enjoyed it.

Everything was ok, but I think the personal should learn a little bit more english.

Very dissapointing when they publicize a kosher resturant and casino and it is closed. Not decent.

The Only very nice person in the hotel was the one in chrage of the ski equipment and massages.

We booked a Kosher hotel with Kosher food but the Kosher returant was not opened. .We booked a hotel with a kasino but the Kasino was not opened. When we asked for a cup of water at dinner we had to pay. FOR WATER! They are probably going to write back that they are sorry that I feel this way and that they will take care of this but when we asked for a refund they said this is the policy. We were very dissapointed from the whole visit.

false advertising, halfboard included but offered only breakfast. booked a room for three adults with three beds but one was not a bed but extendable armchair, definitely not a bed for an adult. shame to have a person sleeping as if in camping in a hotel. Also, advertising casino but casino was closed. False, dishonest advertising

Exceptional

Exellent staff whiling to help and very polite. A small gesture from them offering us wine for our friends’ birthday surpised us and really made us all feel welcomed. Credits to Theodoros for the special service. Bed and room was really comfortable and spacious

Food buffet was a bit poor but the a la carte menu on Sunday night was really nice

Very nice hotel. Fun and relax, but no drinkable water.

The staff was very polite and nice. The rooms were clean, there is a lot of fun stuff to do.

The water in the hotel is not drinkable and there were no bottles with water at all.

Good value for money. Regular room for 3 people is too small

Food was great. The hotel is good and close to the ski gondola and to the main street. Generally the hotel was good and satisfied our needs.

Rooms for 3 people are too small and not enough space for anything. We had to upgrade our room to gain some space to suite. Some small and annoying things - there is no free water during dinner and you should pay the hotel for drinks including water. Fun Zone - all games are not for free and you should pay to play (ping-pong, pool. foosball).

very good option because of kosher option

we upgraded to kosher and we were very happy with kosher food. BUT the 30eu per day upgrade is outrageous. there is no real credit for regular half-board.

Housekeeping staff, spa staff and restaurant staff were excellent. Front desk was very unhelpful and even unknowledgeable about basic things in Bansko - ski-lesson, ski-rental etc. etc.

Average accomodation very greedy.

Well located close to the sky center and town center.

Breakfast and dinner very average. Thye charge the drinks appart like a very old fashioned moneyseeker way.

Superb

Great location close to all amenities. Comfortable, spacious and clean rooms. We loved the staff- all of them were very helpfula nd polite- reception, casino, spa, restaurant. Eli, Osman and Ani from the Spa and Dilyana from the Main Restaurant are the best! Food was delicious and more than enough. The Casino was also great!

The restaurant supervisor was compalining to the staff, almost shouting in front of the guests which wasn't very nice. Would recommend having at least water included with the dinner (we booked Half Board and no drinks were included over dinner).
