Поставьте молодых и быстрых на ресепшен, когда нужно быстрее заселять людей!!!

При заселение в отель и при выезде из отеля на ресепшене обслуживают Оооочень Ооочень медленно(((( В холле отеля толпы людей , а на ресепшене очень медленно и неумело заселяют, нужно стоять и ждать часами- такие работники не должны там работать!!

Πλουσιο πρωινο, λιγο μακρια απο το κεντρο το ξενοδοχειο..το spa τελειο!

Δεν μου αρεσε που και τις δυο μερες που μειναμε στο ξενοδοχειο, μας ανοιξαν την πορτα με 2-3 προειδοποιητικα χτυπηματα ενω ημασταν μεσα για να μας κερασουν γλυκο..το δωματιο αρκετα απλο για 5* ξενοδοχειο.

A great place to feel like a king without spending a tonne of money.

We absolutely loved everything. The room had a view of the mountains and was very comfortable. The spa was fantastic! We also booked massages which were amazing. The breakfast was good and all staff were very friendly. The shuttle took us into town but it wasn’t too far to walk when the shuttle wasn’t running.

The only thing I would critique is the Wi-Fi. The connection was very weak in our room.

Foarte tare!!!

Este unul dintre cele mai frumoase hoteluri din Bansko, este probabil renovat, staff-ul este foarte friendly si te ajuta cu orice ai nevoie, mancarea este nu buna, foarte buna. Oua Benedict proaspat facute la micul dejun + altele… nu iti lipseste nimic in acest hotel, zona de spa foarte mare si cu diverse zone, sala de jocuri, restaurant. Chiar se merita , este calitate pret cam cel mai bun.

Kahvaltı iyiydi.Konum servis olmasına rağmen beklentimden uzaktı.

Genel olarak kayak hariç şehrin ailelere sunduğu bir artısı yoktu.

Great for families

Exceptionally clean, super friendly and helpful staff. We have been several years in a raw in this hotel for the winter holidays and it’s getting even better. We love the kids club and use it all the time. Shuttle to the gondola and even to the ski slops in the morning. Great pool and spa procedures. Rooms are spacious snd comfortable, amazing cleaning service.

Hotel is great, few areas for the management to consider: Kids club is understuffed usually evenings, there should be a care giver in each of the areas all the time, even if extra payment is needed. The pool is also underataffed, thw life guard is asked to do bunch of other stuff, and work at the juice bar.

Looks and smells like and old hotel, the mattress and pillows not confortable, high bath tub i would prefer shower cabin, individual air conditioning with a splitter pointed at the bad. Overall warn out . Breakfast a la carte i would prefer a self service brakfast

One of the two best hotels in Bansko.

Great place, we keep coming back several times per year. Staff is teally friendly and helpful, on top of it vey smiling. Great breakfast a la carte! Spa zone - perfect as always, not crowded during summer months.

I wouldn't pay so much for an hotel with such bad breakfast.

The room was very comfortable with everything I needed and more, very good coffee machine and capsule. The staff of the cleaners, lobby and spa was super nice. The spa was great.

The breakfast is vert pure and it feels like they are cheap. They dont let you have changes or a littler extra. Once I asked to remove meat from my dish so they have but didnt add more cheese insted. the bred is very sumple toast. The manager there is not nice at all. The food quality was bed, felt old. I even asked for a few slices of tomato for my baby and they didn't want to give.

Facilities good but overall felt did not get to relax as is advertised because of disappointing spa experience.

disappointed by the spa which was full of young children who were running about and going in and out of the steam and sauna rooms they did not seem to being supervised and there was no life guard around. We moved our selves into the quiet room where we thought we would be able to relax but more children came and were running in and out of there and it was impossible to relax. I was shushing them and telling them to go out but they kept coming back. Eventually some staff came and it calmed down a little. We booked the hotel because of the relaxing spa and we did not get this! We did inform the reception when we checked out who apologised. We decided not to eat in the restaurant in case we had our last evening spoilt by the same unruly children. Feel that if families with children are allowed in the spa then they should be restricted to certain times and have adult only times for proper relaxation.

Disappointing

This is a review for the old customers of lucky bansko like me (10 years customer). So forget the transport to ski slopes they cancel it only gondola transport. Forget the good food at lebistro they cancel the welcoming and they didnt have not even normal bread just bread for toast. I order a burger and the meat was black burned. Only one receptionist so if you are on a harry go early. The spa had 250 people in the pool no towels left nobody to pickup the used ones so no place to sit or swim and as a bonus nobody was taking a shower before entering the pool (nice!). The steam bath and sauna had no stuff around (they used to have at least 2) so when you managed to go inside on steam bath after waiting people was arguing inside the steam bath or yelling to their friends outside 😂 and relaxing music played in order for you to relax!. Try to get a athletic massage but after 3 calls (on form the slopes at 12:00 on from my room and one face to face at the spa) managed to get one at 19:30 which they rescheduled it to 20:00 so we cancel it. We asked for a dental kit but they forgot it twice and i went to the cleaning lady and took one. The bedroom tv had no remote control and snacks were refiled only once. At least the room was clean. And dear Manager when a returning for 10 years customer asks to see you twice and leaves his phone to call him and you don't probably you don't care. I am really sad to write this review cause lucky bansko was like a second home for us that is why we kept coming back, But i am more sad that you managed to turn one of the best hotels in bansko to rooms to let with great facilities. But they add a no flip flops at breakfast cause they are a high class hotel so they asked my wife to change to shoes 😂. Good Job!

Very nice facilities, comfortable rooms, very friendly staff especially the cleaning ladies. Spa Center is very nice.

The rooms are not all like 5 stars, more appropriate would be 4 stars standard. The restaurants are quite expensive and with limited options in the menu but you can find very nice traditional restaurants in the nearby area.
