First of all the Security locks. Then the place is very quiet despite the location is beside the road. We were surprised on how quiet and calm the place is. And the location is very good as it is very near to to town center; over all accessible.
Sofa is quite hard which makes it uncomfy.

Clean and tidy and spacious. Good location.
Issues with access through the main door. Codes didn’t work so was frustrating trying to get in. Top floor flat was very noisy the second night.

Great location, very close to the city centre and castle. There's also a coffee shop a few doors down. The kitchen and bathroom are stylish and modern.
Unfortunately, housekeeping is not at a standard you'd expect.
Surfaces and floors were fairly dusty. The shower was mouldy to the point where pieces of mould would break off in the water. When I raised this with the property manager, they sent someone over to clean it the next day. They also offered to refund the cleaning fee. However, it's now been over a month since my stay and I have yet to receive any money.
