The location was very suitable for our needs. Coffee bags were good
You state Free parking. I emailed our Car Registration before we arrived, but we got a parking ticket. Which we have paid - so it is not FREE PARKING

Great location and the flat was roomy and comfortable. The outside space was a nice touch too.
Some bit were a bit tired and the gate in the garden wouldn't shut. Those are only tiny things though, it was a lovely flat

Location good, few steps to get in but really easy to get to the city centre, castle and park - good value for money, three good size doubles. Lovely building. Car parking bonus.
Pillows and bedding - clean but very low quality and not v comfortable - simple thing but lets it down. Also lamps on bedside tables with no plug socket - we moved them but it’s easy to get an extension.
