Location was fabulous.

The hotel is located outside the main/old city center, but there are public transport stops nearby, and from there you can quickly and conveniently get to various directions, including the old city center. There are several restaurants, cafes, shops and also a small shopping center near the hotel.
The rooms were clean and quite large. I highly appreciate the separate toilet from the bathroom. The daily staff was pleasant and communicative. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
The breakfast was okay.
The bed I slept on was not very comfortable. The mattress was not horizontal (probably because of the slats underneath), so I slept badly.
The hair dryer in the bathroom did not work.
There were also problems with the TV.

Our stay was nice. The location was great near by the transit.
The breakfast wasn't that great.

Very spacious room, comfortable bed, decent breakfast
Can’t expect top notch for the price paid (~66 euro a night, including breakfast), however the room was kinda dirty. There was no shampoo or conditioner and only 1,5 half old towel. Soap in the shower was empty, let staff know but wasn’t refilled. To be completely fair; we didn’t raise any other issue (except the soap) so staff did not get a chance to improve our stay. Therefor I would not advice not to book - just keep it in mind.
We were also in de understanding that there was on-site parking, but there is none. There is a parking 5m walk from the hotel.
