About this house rental
Located in Cape May, this charming house for $425 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Our home, 933 Corgie Street, was originally built in 1776 and was located on Washington Street at the location of the current Washington Inn. Later, it was moved to its current location on the corner of Corgie Street and Madison Avenue. The driveway is on Madison Avenue. Our home is directly across the street from Kiwanis Park which has a picnic area and a playground. Also, the Cape May tennis club is just steps away up Washington Street. In 2014, our home underwent a complete renovation and modernization. The renovation began by reconfiguring the interior, installing central air conditioning and preparing the house to be raised in order to install a new foundation. The downstairs now has three rooms: a spacious family room with a ceiling fan, remote controlled fireplace, a 55” television and a dvd/Blu-ray player, a modern kitchen including a breakfast nook with a ceiling fan, a 5 burner Bosch stove/oven, a Bosch dishwasher and a microwave, and a den with a ceiling fan, television and a sleeper sofa. There is also, a powder room and a small laundry area with full size LG True Steam washer and dryer. All televisions have Comcast cable and there is wi-fi throughout the house. Upstairs now has three bedrooms; each with its own television, ceiling fan, and full bathroom. The front bedroom has a queen bed and its bathroom has a shower (no tub). The master bedroom has a king bed and a dvd/Blu-ray player. The kid’s bedroom has twin bunk beds and a single twin bed. Both the master and kid’s bedroom bathrooms have a shower/tub combo. Pillows and blankets included with the rental. Towels and linens for the beds are not included, but are available for an additional charge. Outside on Corgie Street, our home has a porch which runs the length of the house. Off of the two car driveway, is another porch with an entrance into the house. We have a natural gas grill and an enclosed outdoor shower for rinsing off after spending the day at the beach which is a half mile (0.8 kilometers) away. FAQ: Beach tags, towels and linens are NOT included with this rental.

This house was perfect for our family of five celebrating our parents 45th wedding anniversary. The house was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. Great location walking distance to mall and restaurants. Doug was great and the booking and check in process was seamless and easy. Highly recommend! We will come back!

We rented this home for our daughter’s wedding in Cape May. The house fit our needs perfectly. The location was ideal and the house was beautifully maintained inside and out. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a rental property in Cape May.

We loved Cape May and being able to walk all around town. The house was perfect for our group and the kitchen very well stocked.
My only issue was the fact that we had to pay extra for linens and make our own beds?? The house was expensive enough and it was the first time renting from VRBO that this was the case.

This house was just so perfect for a girls weekend! The house was extremely clean and close to so many great places. Fun walk to the beach, close to wineries, and the house was just so spacious and comfortable! I would highly recommend this beautiful home!

Despite having grown up in Stone Harbor every summer, I wasn't very familiar with the area, so I am so happy we chose this property. The house was spotless when we arrived and absolutely stunning. It slept our party of 8 comfortably. The location is in perfect walking distance to the Washington Street Mall which is exactly what we wanted. The driveway fits two cars which made it super easy to unload/park. The house is right across from a beautiful park, which makes for a nice morning stroll and the porches are great spots for morning coffee. Couldn't say enough good things about this property and absolutely recommend.

The rental was everything listed and more. The convenient location allowed us to walk to town and to the beach. The house had everything we needed for a nice relaxing weekend. The door had almost like a siren sound when opened and closed but it didn’t bother us enough to reach out for a solution. Leading up to the weekend the owner kept in touch and was responsive. Hope to be back again and have been recommending this rental to others.

Wonderful open concept, comfortable home perfect for a winter getaway with old friends. Each of the three bedrooms has its own personal bathroom. Priceless. Bonus was the cozy fireplace for our snowed in adventure. Doug was extremely responsive and accommodating, providing us with early check in and late check out to avoid the storm. Five stars all around!

933 Corgie was exactly as the pictures and description detail-lovely, clean, modern and relaxing. The en-suite bathrooms were so nice, and the space to hang out, talk and eat together was really enjoyable downstairs. And it's close to everything, really.

We have been coming to Cape May for Thanksgiving for the past 6 yrs and this was our best one yet. Nice big comfortable dinning room table and chairs to set around to eat and play games. We have never stayed in this area, usually closer to beach, but this was a really nice area and the park across the street was a plus.

This lovely home is so nicely and newly updated with beautiful finishes and is so inviting and cozy (fireplace remote! And great heating system!) It was spotless, too! The location is perfect! Walking distance to everything! The owner is wonderful, answered questions so promptly and provided excellent information about the home and surrounding area. We all agreed that this home was beyond our expectations and we would love to stay again if Cape May is ever in our travel plans.

This house is just simply stunning. It has been fully renovated from top to bottom, but still has the Cape May charm. I could not recommend this house enough! One of my friends that was with us already booked it for 2022!! Doug was a pleasure to book with and every bit of information we could have needed was provided to us without ever having to ask. We had a wonderful time staying at this property in Cape May. The location was near enough to shopping and the beach if you felt like walking. We enjoyed looking at all of the Victorian homes during our walk down Corgie St. to the Washington Mall each morning. Being across from the park was also a perk. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was gorgeous and had everything we needed. The rooms were spacious and having the two living areas would be a bonus for a large family. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Cape May.

We were celebrating our 46 wedding anniversary and we took the whole family with us. The property was just perfect. Great location! Comfy and cozy! Had all that we needed just like home! We had a fabulous weekend stay (and we were even caught in 3 separate rain downpours and that was an experience unto itself.) we were very happy with the house and recommend it without reservation!

We really enjoyed the house! The walk to the beach and into the town shopping district was convenient and pretty! The house was very clean and you can tell that they really care about their property. The comfortable furniture including the beds and the couches made to stay very enjoyable. The only thing I would say is that we didn’t know we could check in early on Friday until the day before. If we had known ahead of time we would’ve planned more accordingly.

It was great weekend in that beautiful, very clean and tidy, and comfortable. The kitchen had everything that people possibly need. Rooms are big and bright. All bedrooms had their own private bathroom. We loved a cozy living room and thanks from kids for legos and games. House is in perfect location. There big playground across the street. Owner answered for any questions so quickly.

This gorgeous home was incredibly clean, beautiful and in the perfect location. Our young children loved being right across the street from the park and we were only a few minutes from every attraction. The home owners were very easy to reach and answered all our questions. It couldn’t have been more perfect. We can’t wait to bring the family back next year!
