The property offers a large heated swimming pool, in-ground spa, tennis court, kayak launching area, outdoor grills and a spacious sun deck . This three bedroom, two bathroom condominium offers beautiful views of the boat slips, Charlotte Harbor, and Gasparilla Marina. The condominium consists of a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living area, three bedrooms with a king size bed in the master bedroom, a full size bed in the guest and a twin over full bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom. There is a large screened lanai with stunning water views. You are just minutes away from Boca Grande, an old-Florida fishing town known worldwide for its world-class fishing, spectacular beach, shopping and restaurants.A short walk next door to the marina and you can rent a boat for the day or week and enjoy all that the beautiful Florida gulf coast waters have to offer. This condo is non smoking, sleeps 6, and does not allow pets.

Loved the large lanai where we watched the boats come and go in the comfy outdoor furniture. The condo has plenty of room and is well equipped. Perfect location to relax or to do every water related activity you can think of—including getting inspiration from the fabulous fish finds by the owners. We’re “hooked” on Smoak’s Salt Shack!

This property is beautiful. It is updated and in a very peaceful/quiet location. We enjoyed watching the boats from the marina pass by the lanai. My husband was able to charter a small fishing boat/guide right at the marina and had a wonderful time out on the water. The pelicans and various birds that pass by the lanai are stunning! The owners are very responsive and a pleasure to rent from.
