Newly available for vacation rental May 2018!!! Took it off the vacation market and lived here for couple of years. Just back on the market!! Come enjoy the beautiful views of the beach from the front balcony and the intercoastal waterway from the back balcony. Relax and spend time with friends and family in this family oriented unit and at the beach. The front balcony is great for sunning during the day and listening to the waves and enjoying the ocean breezes in the evening with a cool drink in hand. FULLY RENOVATED in 2016 ...NEW flooring, kitchen countertops, stove, dishwasher, bathroom vanities, mattresses plus lots more... 2017 tubs resurfaced, living room furniture etc. The master bedroom has a queen bed and private bath. There are 2 other bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with 2 sets of twin over full bunks. Makes a great kids room. My teenagers bring friends and always claim this room. We had a good time staying at the property on arrival we noticed that we had such an incredible view of the Atlantic on the front even though it’s not Ocean side the property is spacious and I enjoy getting up in the morning and seeing the sunrise on the beach would recommend it. The only thing I would recommend would be to get a code for the door and maybe a code for the storage locker downstairs so you don’t have to walk up and downstairs with keys. It was a bit to put clean sheets on our own beds when we arrived.

The condo location is great. Being on the 3rd floor, you do have stairs to climb. But they’re worth it. You get nice water views of both the ocean and inlet. It’s as close to oceanfront as you can get without the oceanfront price.
We also liked the bunk bed room. Gives plenty of space for families.

Condo was amazing. Everything you will need. Only downfall is climbing the stairs lol. No fault of the owner, we are just old. Awesome ocean view. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful view of the ocean and the canal. Location was very peaceful. Short walk to the beach, short drive to the fish store, and grocery store.

We enjoyed our stay at the property. We watched the beautiful sunrise over the beach in the mornings and the gorgeous sunsets over the canal at night. Many attractions were within walking distance or otherwise a short drive away. The condo was clean and provided plenty of room for 6 adults plus 2 infants. Parking was tight with two full size trucks but that seemed to be the norm at most other places as well. Overall, I give this place 5 stars.

Condo was clean and had plenty of space for us. Loved tall chairs on balcony to enjoy view of ocean. Owner responsive to our text question. Two public beach accesses across street. Location was walkable for our family to almost all of our favorite restaurants and boardwalk. Had a fantastic stay!

We had a smattering of children of all ages and adults. The space is laid out perfectly with a master bedroom and kitchen/dining that was roomy. It had all of the pots and pans needed and thankfully plenty of comfortable seating inside and out. We loved the views and the quick walk to the beach across the street. I really have no complaints at all (maybe the 3 flights of stairs) lol. I highly recommend this condo for anyone with multiple children or multiple couples even.

We absolutely love this condo. The views are amazing! Proximity to beach access great. The set up of the bedrooms made for a great fit for our family. Owner very responsive. The only downside is all the stairs. We have used this condo for several years and sorry this may be our last as the stairs are becoming a challenge. We will certainly miss this place if we don’t return. Highly highly recommend if the stairs are not a problem for you.

Beautiful view of the ocean. The property was clean and had all that we needed to cook with when we cooked in. The grandkids loved swimming in the pool. Would stay there again. The only negative was going up three flights of stairs.

This condo is wonderful! The views, location, cleanliness, furniture, and pool were amazing! Andy is very responsive and accommodating. The beach wagon was a plus and plenty of toys for the kids. The walk up and down the stairs may be hard for some, but we were okay with it and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

This condo is the perfect blend of location, view, and essentials for being at the beach. It has everything you need to stay comfortably and safely at Carolina Beach. The owner went out of his way to make sure we had all we needed and were happy and comfortable. We loved our stay and plan to return next year!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The unit is very comfortable and well equipped. Beach chairs and wagon were great. Views from both decks were perfect. Andy was very easy to work with. We recommend Island Time Water Tours for exploring the inland water way.

The condo is amazing. Great views front porch of ocean and the sound on beck porch. Andy is very nice. He communicates quickly. This is our 4th year and can't wait for next year.

We are a group of late 40’s guys having a “bachelor party” and wanted a relaxing place. The property was great! We enjoyed the balcony the most and spent many hours relaxing and talking on that balcony. Would highly recommend staying here!

The condo had a great view of the beach. The place was clean. Andy was very responsive to all my questions. We stayed during Labor Day weekend, so it was hard to find parking to check in. Once Labor Day was over, parking was easy access. I would stay again if I come back to Carolina Beach next year.

The condo was fantastic, above expectations and we really loved our time here. Plenty of room for everyone and the ocean view was the best part. All the amenities and technology a modern family needs and space to unplug and relax too. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

A great place for a CB vacation
We enjoyed staying in this property. Clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The CB public beach access was like two houses down. The ocean view from the front deck and the inlet view from the rear deck are outstanding. Having a pool right there was an added bonus. Landlord was highly responsive and reasonable. Rent with confidence from Andy!

We had a great time in Carolina Beach and enjoyed our stay at Andy's place! Plenty of room for the five of us. The views from the two decks are definitely worth the climb on the stairs.

Great rental! Good space with fabulous views from all rooms! Well equipped for for all your needs in the the unit and on the beach. Very close beach access. Some might find the stairs a challenge but well worth the climb. We hope to return next year!! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Had a great girls trip for the Jeep Jam - place looks better than the pictures! Only down side was the stairs but they kept us active :)
