Nestled in Upper Matecumbe Key, this lovely cottage for $225 per night is a great option for your next trip. Due to COVID-19 and the precedented times we are living, our home will provide hand sanitizer and have the whole house sanitized when one guest leaves and another enters. We take pride in having our home immaculate and now we are taking extreme measures to have our guests feel safe during their say. This downstairs portion of a dual family dwelling is fully renovated a 1/1 cottage with breathtaking oceanfront views. Sleeps four comfortably. Private bedroom with queen bed. Living room has two full size futons. New kitchen with all stainless steel appliances. Very cozy and great views to enjoy in your dream vacation. Amenities provided are four kayaks and four bicycles for your use with no extra fees. Private boat dock and convenient boat ramp. Amenities for your boat includes water and electricity by the dock, brush and soap, extra fenders, and a small freezer for bait and ice. Trailer parking is available on our acre and a quarter property. The ramp and dock use are part of the rental amenities! Relax and enjoy ocean views and gorgeous sunsets at the Tiki Hut on the property. Plenty of parking for all of your toys in my acre and a quarter property(boat, trailer, car, etc). BBQ area with plenty of seating and a separate picnic table perfect for lunch and snack time. NEW towels NEW linens Newly Renovated and beautifully decorated. Hair dryer Wifi Cable TV in living room and bedroom. Washer and dryer All new appliances in kitchen Coffee maker Toaster Blender Pots and pans Close to all attractions and best restaurants. There aren’t enough positive things to say about our time here! The house is absolutely perfect! You couldn’t ask for a better view- the house was well stocked with everything and spotless! This was a hard vacation to end for sure! We can’t wait to come back- many thanks to the wonderful hosts for everything they do!

Great little place right on the ocean. Excellent place to come if you have a boat, with a boat ramp and a beautiful dock. We caught fish right off the dock! The place is just as described, very clean. The outside is spacious and plenty of room for your toys. The hosts were very gracious and communicated quickly. I can’t say one bad thing about it. We thoroughly enjoy our stay. The only thing that would have made it better is a pool.

My family and I had a great time. The owners of the property were amazing and quick to respond to any inquiry we had. Really could not think of anything more that they could have provided. This venue is perfect in so many ways for everything you could want from boating to traveling, once arrived you don’t even need the car to get around everything is in walking distance and it’s safe to ride bike take a run or walk to local pub. Has the perfect dock for a good size boat and the views are ace. The accommodation is clean, and modern with good size rooms, even the shower a walk in you can shower all the kids and some. Easy access down stars with a supper cool area to hang out at night with breeze blowing. We did sun rise every day and then on the boat just 10 mins ride to the reef. Local fishing is perfect and we enjoyed some great local food and again you can walk. The place has gates on the front drive and it is very private not over looked, great size yard, for the kids , bikes kayaks and a cool place with a freezer to keep fish and bait. Everything works and you can tell the owners are upgrading and improving, the grounds and dock are clean clean. This place is under the radar highly recommended , thanks to the owners for 100% on time communication , supper easy check in and ready to go Enjoy happy days

The location is wonderful and the cottage and property were well maintained. The owners are super responsive! The cottage is an apartment on the bottom floor of the house, which worked grreat since the other guests staying there were super nice. Big yard and boat dock offer a lot of room. The outdoor view of wide open water (ocean side) is incredible.

My husband and I came to this property on our baby moon and everything was perfect! The pictures are exactly the same and depict a very nice picture of what you are getting. The communication between the owners was quick when I had questions and they went out of their way to be nice. Everything was clean and perfect! This is our 2nd time staying at the property. It is truly Paradise. Love the big fenced in yard for the dog to roam and enjoy. The private boat launch is hubbys favorite! Will definitely be back!

We have stayed here multiple times. Love it! So clean and homey. Love the fishing pier. We were catching snapper and tarpon off the pier. So close to everything. Also loved the kayaks. We were able to.ride.bikes up to Lorelei to see the sunset. Just a beautiful vacation.

Rented the apartment for a week and friends rented the 2 bedroom upstairs. Worked out perfectly for all of us. We were there for a Take Stock in Children Rotary fishing tournament and we couldn't have picked a better location.! Thanks for the wonderful property & hospitality! Well done Carmen & Pablo!

Had a fantastic stay with the family here. All the amenities were well kept with plenty of spare towels, sheets and cleaning supplies if needed. The complimentary coffee and wine were such a nice surprise. We didn't have a boat to launch but if we bring one next year this will be my top choice.

Loved this place..our 3rd trip to our favorite Key - we are already thinking same place next year only a little longer. Easy check in.. great communication with owner.Convenient to everything in Islamorada. Quiet, private..perfect for sunrise views. My husband fished from the pier..biked a mile or two..had everything we needed for our week in the Keys. Area fenced for the dog (young energetic golden retriever) to have a little freedom when she escaped us twice. I highly recommend this place!
