Nestled in Indian Harbour Beach, this attractive condo for $221 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. This unit sleeps 6 in beds. The maximum occupancy for this unit is 6. Located in beautiful Indian Harbour Beach, Florida in central Brevard County, we offer guests a relaxing stay. All our units directly face the ocean and provide a beautiful ocean view! Each unit is a beautifully decorated 2 Bedroom/2 Bath condominium. This 1350 sf condo is located in the Indian Harbour Beach Club. This vacation rental complex is definitely one of the best short-term rentals on the beach. This beach front complex is a hidden gem that most people do not know about. Those who do know about it, usually reserve their rooms a year in advance. The covered parking spot is 20 yards from the front door so easy loading and unloading. The back door is 30 yards to the sand. This is awesome when you want to quickly run in from the beach to grab something. The master bath and guest bath are fully stocked with the necessities. All linens and towels are provided, including beach towels. Now, into the living room and the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The guest room has two trundle beds, and the TV Content in each room is supplied by Spectrum and complimentary movie channels are provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would expect. Refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove, coffee pot, blender, toaster oven etc. The laundry room has a large capacity washer and dryer. There is also a heated swimming pool, shuffleboard courts, outdoor gas grills, and a car wash area. We are located just 8.7 miles and 19 minutes from Melbourne International Airport, serviced by Delta Airlines and US Airways.

The property was larger than expected. The parking is under cover, the beach and pool are just steps away. Overall a great rental.

We absolutely loved this condo. We came with 2 adults and 4 kids ranging from 11-14. The condo was spacious, clean, had everything we needed and we loved that it was a downstairs unit with a porch. The condo was close to restaurants, shops and some good ice cream spots. Also loved having a covered parking spot right outside our door. The access to the beach was perfect with a super short walk from the condo to the steps down to the beach. We even saw turtles come up and lay eggs on our night beach walks, which was so cool. The only negative has nothing to do with the condo, only the beach as having kids who love to play in the water we had no idea about the huge rocks. Huge coquina rocks saturate the water and make it hard to enjoy playing in the waves. Other than that I would 100% stay here again.

Communication was great, all questions answered quickly. Check in was easy. The condo was very clean and well stocked with towels, dishes, beach accessories and all our basic needs. The beds were comfortable. Huge plus for the washer and dryer. The biggest reason to rent this condo is how close the pool and beach are. Loved the screen porch. Can’t wait to rented it again.

We loved our stay. The pool overlooking the ocean was gorgeous and our toddler loved it. The unit had everything needed to enjoy a day on the beach-beach towels, chairs, toys, and more. The easy access to the beach and pool was great. Loved this part of the coast-much less busy than further north.

The condo was alot larger than I thought. Easy access to the beach and pool was warm. Only downfall I have was that the complex was repainting the sidewalk when we were there and our patio beach door was closed down for a day. Really wasn't a big deal though. Loved the place!

The condo was PERFECT for our family. We have two boys, 4 and 7, and the convenience of the condo made our trip seamless. When you travel as a parent with young kiddos, you often struggle to enjoy the vacation, but this location allowed my husband and I to truly relax. Everything you need is available in the condo, and being a ground level unit you simply walk out to the pool to the right and the beach straight ahead.... It is easy to go back and forth from the condo to the beach and pool without getting super sweaty carrying tons of stuff! The beach and pool were both super quiet, even with young families present. Its not crowded at all, and we were there during spring break. There is also a super cute BBQ area on the side of the units, where you can sit and each outside on the stools. An awesome gym is within 1/4 of a mile (only 30$ for the week) and a short drive to grocery and other shopping is also super convenient. A quick 20 minute drive to Cocoa beach or 20 minutes the other way to Melbourne to see a movie or shop! Overall we had a fabulous vacation, so much fun and the condo was exactly what our little family needed.

The condo was great. Bottom floor with porch. Walk right to beach and pool. Best Location. Condo was missing beach chairs and umbrella, and Cindy went right out and bought some. Condo has everything you need.
