Nestled in Pinnacle Peak, this attractive house for $200 per night is a great choice for your next break. Enjoyable outdoor living! Private solar heated pool w/waterfall, poolside lounging area, covered patio, gas patio heater, gas or charcoal BBQ, hot tub, beautifully landscaped & securely fenced yard, surrounded by huge saguaro cactus and natural desert plants. Spacious home w/kitchen & family room looking out to the pool through a wall of windows. Relax in the family room couch & recliner, gas fireplace, & 40” TV. Well equipped kitchen w/granite counters, stainless appliances, center island, & filtered drinking water. Living room w/leather sectional & 47” TV. Secure wireless internet, office w/leather love seat, desk & printer/fax. Huge master w/sitting area looking out to the pool & door to the patio/pool and hot tub, 32” TV, master bath with private commode, corner tub, shower, 2 vanities & walk-in closet. Front-load washer/dryer. Explore the area on a pair of stylish, comfortable “Cruiser” bicycles. The home is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac so the neighboring homes angle away from each other. Trees and bushes screen the view of the back yard. This provides a very private pool and patio area. You don't get the feeling that the neighbors are watching you. Since these pictures were taken, for safety issues we have added a fence between the house and pool. The solar pool heater consists of a series of manifolds on the roof made of black tubing that the water is pumped through. The black tubes absorb heat from the sun. This heat is transferred to the water, warming it up. The pool temperature is dependent on the amount of sun there is and how clear it is. It will heat to within 10 degrees of the outside temperature. If it is an 85 degree day, the pool temperature will be around 75 degrees. Located close to Cave Creek, an interesting western themed town with unique shops, great restaurants and outdoor bars. Convent to numerous golf courses. Shopping: The closest grocery is AJ’s Fine Foods, a “high end” store with lots of deli and specialty items along with a Starbucks 1 mile north on Scottsdale Rd. Safeway store and gas is 2 miles north along with Target, Office Max, restaurants and shops.

Family was there over Christmas and New Years. It was close to all activities we did- hot air balloon , atv , and Geo hunting. The hot tub was so nice to come back to and unwind. Very quiet neighborhood.Would definitely stay there again

We had a wonderful stay at this home! It was a girls trip to celebrate our soon to be senior and freshman daughters in high school, and a couple of their friends. We came all the way from TX, and had a few great adventures! This home was as advertised and more! The location was terrific, close to everything, but when you were there, it’s as if you were in the middle of the desert! Beautiful scenery and very welcoming home! The pool was no doubt the highlight for us!! The girls are already planning a return trip next summer!!!

This must be one of the best value for money rentals in Scottsdale. We last stayed here twelve years ago and the quality of the property has not dropped at all in the intervening years. Everything you require for great stay.

This was our second time staying here and we loved it even more than the first time! Dale is super easy to communicate with and everything at the house was just perfect! We spent all of our time in the pool and ate every meal alfresco on the patio. We can't wait to come back again!

This home is clean, spacious and beautifully appointed with local artwork. The location was perfect to get to all of the Spring Training venues we visited. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make dinner at "home" every night. We spent every evening in the backyard enjoying the sunsets, desert views and clear skies. I'm giving a rating of only 4 stars because there are a few shortcomings; without those I would have given 5 stars: The listing says the pool is "solar heated" but there isn't really an active heating system (that we could find) - I think "solar" means the sun heats the pool later in the year. We didn't use the pool because the water was too cold. While in the backyard the road noise sort of spoils the serenity of the space. It can't be heard while in the hot tub with the jets on, but otherwise the noise is a bit of a distraction. Check-out was easy but getting the sheets and towels through the laundry by the 10 AM deadline is a real challenge. If check-out were 11 AM it would be no issue. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dale's home and would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely as described. . we arrived in the dark and used our phone light to find and use lock box. All was perfect for our adventure bridge getaway. Lots of space to spread out and plentiful essentials provided. Beautiful property in safe and quieter location. We have already booked for next year. (we fed and watched the quail, etc. each day)

We loved our stay at Carriage Trails. The house is very comfortable and is located in a quiet neighborhood which is very conveniently located. The outdoor space is perfect for getting sun, relaxing in the pool or soaking in the hot tub. No neighbors can see into the backyard. It does back up to a busy street. However, the landscaping, fencing and fountain cover up any sight and most noise. We absolutely enjoyed the outdoor space and would rent again.

As first time parents, we were nervous to say the least about traveling with an infant so far from home. The carriage trails home provided such a convenient, warm, and accommodating place. The location was great, safe and felt private. We loved our stay and would absolutely stay here again. Thanks for the great memories!

Everything was just as expected, and even more. The home is perfectly well equipped for six adults, with lots of cookware, dishes, glassware, towels, and bedding. Please note that everything in the home is excellent quality. No cheap furnishings whatsoever. The TV in the family room gets more channels than the others, and has a nice theatre sound setup. We are hoping to stay in this home again and will recommend it to family and friends who visit the area.

The home was very nice, super clean, and set up very well. We could tell that the homeowners went out of their way to make sure the place had everything you would need. We were very impressed. There is a bit of traffic noise but the fountains in the back yard do a great job of cancelling it out.

The house was great and had everything that we needed. It was well stocked plus even had spices and condiments so that we didnt have to buy a bunch of stuff that we would have to leave behind. The location was perfect for us, Old Town Scottsdale is about 20 min away and hiking in Sedona is about 1.5 hours. Although the house was in a neighborhood the backyard and pool was very private.

The Carriage Trails home was exactly as described...but better in person. Clean, spacious, quiet neighborhood, great amenities, great location, etc. I highly recommend this property...you will not be disappointed.
