A lovely place to stay for a week of winter sun.

Lovely position just outside the town, with access to the seafront. Nice quiet complex with a good swimming pool and a very pleasant poolside bar which does lovely food - we had takeaway paella. The owner / agent was very responsive when we had to contact him.

Prostor, klid, pohodlí a výborná poloha

Velký zrekonstruovaný bungalov. Měli jsme pro sebe hodně prostoru. Bylo tady čisto. Vybavení apartmánu nám stačilo, nic nám nechybělo. Dostali jsme do začátku k dispozici i nějaké nezbytnosti jako čistící potřeby do kuchyně. Skvělá byla poloha domečnu jen pár kroků od pobřeží. Každé ráno jsme mohli vyjít brankou k moři a pozorovat východ slunce. Bungalov je navíc umístěný v bezpečném uzavřeném komplexu, kde bylo také čisto a ticho. Parkování přímo před pronajatým domečkem. Bazén k dispozici byl velký s množstvím lehátek. Veškerá vybavenost jako obchod či restaurace jsou také blízko. Jako plus byl pro nás i bezkontaktní check-in a podrobné a srozumitelné instrukce od správce Diega. Byli jsme opravdu moc spokojení a rádi přijedeme znova.

K úplné dokonalosti bychom doporučili udělat jen nějaké servisní opravy (např.zasekávající se klika dveří do jednoho z pokojů, nebo odpadající těsnění na vchodových dveřích), ale to jsou jen drobnosti, které nám příliš nevadili.

Great stay!

Great location, travelled as group of 6 girls. Apartment was spacious and clean, plenty off room for us. Very secure complex and no problems getting sunbeds around the pool. Bus stop directly outside or a lovely walk into the square along the beach promenade. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was great but could do with few extra pillows and a few mirrors in the bedrooms. These are only minor issues but as a group of girls travelling it was a fight for a mirror to put make up on or dry your hair!

24 runners running the Lanzarote marathon/half marathon/10 km so villas were very well situated.

The villas were spacious. Pool towels were provided. Lovely pool area. Close to coast and 10 minute walk to restaurants, Well stocked supermarket nearby, Secure entrance though issue with keys. Host was very kind allowing us to use one of the villas until we departed later in the day. Bus stop right outside to go to Puerto del Carman.

The security entrance keys were an issue. We had a bodger for the car park and then only one gate key for 6 people. Would have been better that each villa had 3 entrance keys to the complex. Even if we had to rent extra keys for a minimal cost would have been better. Villas needed some attention and coat of paint in some areas.

Be wide of panoramic photos, not everything is as it seems

The couple running the pool bar couldn't have done any more for us , it's an awful pity their hands are tied by the small residential contingency based in the complex.

The pool was so cold I actually thought I was going to have a heart heart attack at one stage and had to make my way to the edge to catch my breath.

Perfect location, friendly pool bar staff but the apartment lacked comfy seating

Perfect location, access to the seafront with a mile walk to the nearest beach Communal swimming pool so kids could make friends but not be overcrowded and full of sensory overload!! Once you got used to the bar opening when they wanted it was great to have it on site right by the pool.

Sun beds by the pool had no cushion/cushioning, the outdoor seating in the apartment had no cushioning or padding and the sofa was not big enough for a party of 6 so it was not a comfy place to relax. Plenty of seating available just not comfy seating.

Superb

The villa was spacious, very clean, lovely comfortable beds. All kitchen appliances like new. Very good correspondence from villa property manager. Provided information and recommendations for our stay. Great location, we walked everywhere, fabulous views on the promenade.

There wasn't a lifeguard at the pool. No reception area either for physical point of contact.

A lovely family holiday, I would happily stay again!

Loved the location, villa was spotless, Diego was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions.

The only improvements I would suggest would be aircon in the the other two bedrooms, apart from that it was perfect!

Big clean modern house

The nearest beach to the villa is Playa El Ancla which is very rocky good for a walk but not for swimming. The photo shown in the ad is of Papagayo beach which is miles away from Costa Teguise

Good

3 bed apartment. Clean well kept although damp patches need attention. Room for table and six chairs outside plus siting area. Two good shower rooms.. Nice walk to town on front. 15 to 20 minutes. Nice pool area.

Some confusing communication with manager. He likes what's app not phone. The front area gets little or no sun due to trees. Seating in lounge is limited needs another chair or 2 seater sofa.

Mixed; be prepared for basic not luxury.

The best thing was that you could park right outside the property. The two bathrooms were excellent. Great to have a gate onto the promenade less than 100M away. Great fridge freezer. Beds comfortable. Very spacious. Has three bedrooms, so for six people, but only sofa space for 4.

First impression was bad. Plaster falling off the walls all around the property, garden had a liberal sprinkling of cigarette butts. I was so embarrassed because of the friends I had invited to share this holiday. Kitchen looks good but was basic. No easy way to make coffee, just a fancy machine for plastic pods, we requested a cafetiere from the host, but this was declined. Had to go to Ikea to buy stuff. There wasn't a flat spatula for turning food in the pan. TV only had 4 channels all in Spanish, we requested Netflix but the host declined. Bring your own entertainment! Pool area looks nice but water freezing in January. Essentially this is a very basic terraced bungalow and it does not deserve to be called a 'luxury villa' this is a total misnomer. No luxurious touches!

Quiet, clean and cosy

Beautiful property located against the coast and a 5 minute drive to various shops and restaurants. Very cosy, within a private complex with a stunning pool. Perfect for families and big groups

So good we booked again before we left!!! (Family of 8 with 5 children (0-17)

The villa is beautiful and the location of it is perfect. The pool area and pool was clean, quiet (until my children arrived) and offered a safe swim for all ages. Ample sun beds. The on beach location was fab, with a short stroll to the nearest beach bastion and around 15/20 mins to the town. With a lovely little tapas place across from bastian on the way, to stop for a a refreshment drink (Park right in front for the children to enjoy). The main street exit again has ample bars and restaurants and shops a short distance meaning eating in or out was a breeze and made for less complaining from tired little feet. We even enjoyed a day at the water park in play blanca (as was out of season for teguise water park) and the bus stop outside the apartments again meant this was a breeze with no hassle. Great communication with the owner and property clean with all cooking bedding towels etc...

Check in and out times should be checked before booking flights and this could have caused issues with an hour or two, however the owner accommodated this as he had no bookings. So just something to be aware of when booking - we got it lucky really! The villa only has only set of keys which also can be a pain with older ones wanting to venture of. It is a gated community complex and the external gates are key locked (x2 gate keys would be useful).

Diego was incredibly helpful and responded to all our requests very quickly. he was very helpful and professional.

great location. close to beaches and a nice walk to town.

our only one wish would be more pillows as one small pillow didn’t help a group of 50+ women get comfortable in bed at night.

Ok, but could have been better

Good checkin instructions and the property was clean and ready for use.

Damp and dirty walls. the settee was ok for 4 people just! There is only room at the Villa for 2 sun loungers and one was broken. The loungers around the pool are solid plastic and the bar at the pool wasn’t open much. My wife and I chose to sunbathe at the villa but unfortunately building work was going on next door with hammering, drilling and sawing going for most of the days of our stay. Unfortunately, we also had a tropical storm for a couple of night and a day and this resulted in some leaks in the property. It could be really nice but needs some tlc. Only having one key to get in and out of the complex was also a bit of a nuisance when we were 2 couples.

Would definately stay again. Aircon was needed but only available in one bedroom

clear arrival instructions. Gated community. property in fabulous position on site, modern, clean and well laid out. Playa Roca is a 20 minute walk into main town or bus stop outside, very regular bus or €3.50 in taxi. No fights for sunbeds, pool bar lovely.

property missing some basic essentials that are usually provided in rental or been left by previous guests. washing up liquid, oil, salt/pepper, sugar, etc Not even a tea towel but I read this before and brought my own. air con only in one bedroom and main living area.

There are better places

Comfy bed

The location. The smell of the sewers walking along the drab seafront into town. The fact that the property was advertised at a certain price and after clicking pay we were then over charged £81. If we were charged the advertised price we would have been happier. Also the wi fi did not work most of the time. This was reported but nothing was done. There was no face to face contact with either the owner or manager of the property. There were no curtains in the open plan dining and lounge area so there was no privacy at all in this very open room which fronts onto the road.

Lovely Villa with gorgeous coastline walks and many shops, restaurants and cafes in the vicinity.

The Villa is spacious and clean. The beds are comfortable. There is plenty of kitchen space with amenities including a washing machine. Two bedrooms have wardrobes with enough hangers. one has a full length mirror and one ie en suite. There is a safe too and plenty of towels also tea towels. We were also provided with two toilet rolls per bathroom and washing up liquid. Minor maintenance issues were dealt with speedily. The pool is fantastic… just a little cold!

The outdoor cushions have seen better days and the clothes horse rusty.

very enjoyable week

this is the 4th or 5th time we’ve stayed at this villa. it’s a convenient location, well equipped and extremely comfortable

it is starting to look a little tired in places so a fresh coat of paint wouldn’t hurt.
