Property was perfectly located. The room was clean and very comfortable. Hifzur was an absolute gem. Made check in and check out easy. But most importantly I was sick and he was reassure me and also guide me in what to do.
The water was not super hot- I do like very hot showers but it wasn’t a big issue as it was already sooooooo hot

We had a very pleasant stay at Omani Guest House. The location inside the souq was perfect, and the traditional Omani style and décor gave the place so much character.
My mother especially loved the atmosphere and was completely taken by how authentic and traditional everything felt. The room was comfortable and quiet, the bed was good, and we had a very restful stay.
The staff were also very kind and accommodating. They even came to help us with our luggage, which we really appreciated.
Overall, it was a lovely experience and a great choice if you want to stay somewhere that feels connected to the history and atmosphere of Nizwa.
Nothing in particular — we had a very comfortable stay and will definitely come back again.

The breakfast was great and affordable. The terrace was lovely and provided enough space and privacy for having a good time and dinner. Whirlpool was a lot of fun. The location is excellent, because it is close to the market and Nizwa fort. Parking space is also provided.
The room is in basement and doesn't have window for fresh air. Regardless, the air supply was sufficient and room was smelling good.
