Parking is free and within the fence. The property has a shared pool and a pool table and handball soccer. The room is very large and WiFi is also available. The host is very friendly, but payment is only possible in cash, but he noted it (OMR). We also had the opportunity to use the washing machine. The location is not in the center of Nizwa, but it is only a 10-minute drive away.
The cleanliness is not top-notch, but acceptable for the Arab world. The equipment is partly worn out, but the hotel was good for a short stay.

Decent size room and facilities
Cash only payment. No one on site other than the guardian who had no authority, but he was helpful.

Prima accommodatie, mooi zwembad

"Excellent Property. Location is 5 mins from the main road. It’s a farmhouse with kitchen swimming pool and a mini zoo.
Kids play area is there so that the kids are never bored. The town is just 2 kms..."
