About this condo rental
Located in Lakeside, this attractive condo for $420 per night is a great option for your next trip. EVERY 4TH NIGHT 1/2 PRICE! Located directly across from East Harbor State Park and beaches. Two upper level condo-style suites newly constructed in 2012 & two lower level condo-style suites newly constructed in 2019. THIS UNIT IS A LOWER LEVEL UNIT (UNIT C). Each unit sleeps 8 with 2 bdrm 2 full bath unit, and free dockage (up to 35' boat). Upper units have a large screened-in deck and lower units have concrete patios and a grass lawn overlooking beautiful West Harbor. Setting is on a quiet marina surrounded by friendly and safe neighborhoods and close proximity to restaurants. Great for families, friends and fishing groups. Fishing charters also available 1/2 mile down the road! Lower level units are handicap accessible. Washer/dryer available in all the units. We also have Boondocks outdoor waterfront poolside bar area that is a low-key setting with live music Friday thru Sunday every weekend (weather permitting). Property easy access for individuals with a handicap, clean and well keep. Location right on the water with a great patio. Will definitely rent again in the future.

Outstanding property! Beautiful unit and location. Property is clean and comfortable, close to restaurants and state park. Bar and pool right there, but we didn't get to avail ourselves since we stayed on weekdays off season. Would highly recommend. The owners are personable and helpful, easily available if needed.

We had a fantastic stay in one of the ground floor units. It was super clean and looked to be recently updated. The location was probably the best spot for anything in that immediate area. Beautiful scenery and comfortable seating inside and out. Highly recommend !

On line, it states each condo sleeps 8. There is a king, a double/single bunk bed and a roll out. To me, that is a max of five IF you have 3 kids and 2 adults. This property comfortably sleeps 3 adults. We had 50+ year people sleeping on an upper bunk bed and a 5'8" long couch. I had to profusely apologize to the friends I brought along on this fishing trip for the accomodations. This is the only bad experience me and/or my wife have had planning a trip with VRBO. Note to self...always contact the property owner/manager to get the full details of the property. Do not rely on what it says on line!

This property was super clean and well-maintained. It’s the perfect place if you are looking to be near the marina and nearby campground (we are not campers but had friends there). Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed as a group of 6 and ventured to Put-in-Bay on one day of our stay. Other days we enjoyed the pool and bar which was steps from our front door and offered live music of Fri and Sat. Owners were extremely friendly. The property was well cleaned when we arrived. Easy parking. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The condo was absolutely incredible! Clean, well appointed, and a fantastic view….it’s hard to believe your in Northern Ohio!!! We parked our boat steps from the condo we stayed in. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Girls weekend
Everything was as shown on website. Very clean and updated! Plenty of room to spread out. Loved the pool and bar right on sight also! We would definitely recommend!

Beyond wonderful!
I was looking for a 1 level rental due to my parents who are in their 80s having mobility issues. Bill and Bree’s condo was perfect and just steps to everything including the pool and bar. The view was amazing ( right on the water). We plan to rent again next year.
If anything popped up that we needed they were quick to accommodate us. Our only regret was that our stay had been longer.

The condo at West Harbor Marina was perfect for our stay. It was clean and roomy for five of us. The patio area was great and overlooked the marina just yards away. Brie was helpful throughout the process. We would definitely stay there again!

This property was terrific- very clean, spacious and well equipped. It had it all- boat dock, pool, bar, and great view. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The owners went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we need. Highly, highly recommend!

We had a great mini-vacation here! The condo was very clean, modern, and comfortable. We had everything we needed and were very close to all the best lake activities. Lots of great restaurants nearby as well. The owners were great to work with and allowed us a late check out when I asked last minute. Would definitely recommend this property!

Anniversary Getaway
As with most of us, my wife and I have been going a little stir crazy with our self-isolation because of the COVID 19 pandemic. We decided to have a private weekend getaway for our anniversary, and found this delightful condo right on the harbor at West Harbor Marina on Catawba Island. The condo is immaculate and beautiful and the views, even off-season, are spectacular! We ordered take out meals from local restaurants and enjoyed our meals in this beautiful setting. We both agreed that we need to do this more often!

Our stay was wonderful. We had a little trouble finding the condo at first, but outside of that we could not have asked for anything to change. If you are planning a trip to the lake, this is a must stay property. We will be back!

We will definitely be back in the summer season. We were in town in October for a brief family visit and did not want to stay at the usual hotel screen. The property was beautiful and incredibly clean. Owner was readily available and easy to talk to. We look forward to visiting again.

Beautiful Vacation
Our entire group loved the property and neighborhood. The property was very well maintained and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was very clean and we could take walks and enjoy the water. All of the neighbors in the area were very friendly and helpful to us. We were only a short way from stores and restaurants. The owners were absolutely great and we will most definitely visit this property in the future.
