Located in Key Colony Beach, this lovely house for $204 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Duplex, 2 Bedrooms 2 baths w/Cabana Club Access and Private 37.5 ft Dock on 100 ft wide Canal with fish cleaning station PARADISE AWAITS 3 Year New on the market for vacation rental on 11th street w/ keyless entry. Protecting our guest is our top priority, we have strict cleaning practices. We sanitize the home and sheets with hospital grade disinfectants (see last picture). We know you will enjoy this newly renovated two bedrooms, two baths, half duplex! This deep-water canal home on the desirable east facing dock is just minutes from Vaca Cut and your choice of the Gulf or Ocean. Cabana Club: This is a shared pool and beach access exclusive to members only (see pictures). This home has been recently remodeled and includes high end new furnishings, coastal décor, bedding, appliances and cookware. The backyard facing east has comfortable seating to enjoy an afternoon away from the sun. The porch 23’x15’ has comfy rocking chairs with for a peaceful tranquil feel. The Master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, flat screen smart TV, King bed, alarm clock, ceiling fan, and hairdryer. The second bedroom offers a bunk bed w/full size on the bottom and twin on top, flat screen TV is adjacent to a full bath with a hairdryer. Second bathroom offers a tub. Oversized dining area has ceiling fans, pull out sofa bed (foam mattress/very comfy), flat screen TV, 4 seat counter eating section, L shaped sectional with a rocking recliner made of top grain leather and full size pull out sofa bed. Dining table accommodates 6 with 4 chairs and 1 bench. The well-planned kitchen is loaded with all the utensils, cookware and dishes you will need! Very clean and cute - right on the water. The canal out back was perfect for our boat and the fishing was great as well. The cabana was nice and there is plenty of food options on the island. Centrally located between key west and islamorada for short day trips. Two reefs in close distance as well as fun sandbars. Very cute beach in walking distance as well. Will be back!

The house was perfect for us. It was very well equipped and super clean on arrival. Having the use of the Cabana club was a real bonus, the pool there is a great size and temperature for swimming. Key Colony beach is a good location, we had a day in Key West, visited Robbie’s at Islamorada, rented a boat for a day and fished. Hope to return soon.

It was our first visit to the Florida Keys and this was a perfect centralized location with all the amenities we needed. The house was as advertised and clean. We sat in the lawn chairs by the canal every evening and took the kayak out for a spin too. We enjoyed our time in the Keys and would return to this house again.

We stayed at this property with our two college aged daughters for a pre Christmas vacation. The location was wonderful. The listing was exactly as described. We really enjoyed spending some quality time together fishing in the canal, relaxing at the Cabana Club beach, playing games and watching movies in the evenings, riding bikes around town… and so much more! We were very satisfied with all of the amenities and any questions were answered very quickly. We would definitely love to return someday!

The unit is as shown in the photos. Very clean and conveniently located. Having access to the Cabana Club was great! We used the pool almost every day. The check-in and check-our process was super easy!

This was our first time visiting the Florida Keys and it was fantastic. The place was a perfect size for the 4 of us. Plenty of amenities and the host was very attentive. Our favorite thing to do was to hang out at the Cabana Club. At the club, you can sit by the pool or lie on the beach. The staff was extremely friendly and the food was very delicious.
Highly recommend this piece of paradise!

Great stay
Nice clean rental with plenty of things to do near by or within a short drive. The pool is just a short bike ride away we loved hanging there daily. Our son loved fishing off the dock. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect location
We had such a wonderful time during our stay. Ada is an excellent host. She answers your texts quickly. The home has everything you need inside and outside. Our family enjoyed using the 4 bikes to ride around the neighborhood. Having access to the Cabana Club pool and bar was great. I highly recommend this home and host. Thank you Ada! We will be back.

Everything you need for a great time!
The house had everything we needed! Midway between Key West and Everglades/Miami area. Great day trips to visit those locations without having to stay in those overly crowded and over priced areas. This house has a Kayak , bikes, Fishing poles if you just want relax at the house. We saw 4-5 foot long Tarpon from the dock! In addition the access to the Cabana pool house/bar provided a vey nice afternoon resting spot. Crane Point Hammock Museum & nature center is close by with free fish pedicures. Also Sombrero public beach is just a few miles down the road. Great house! Great location!

My wife, two daughters and I had such a great time! The home was spotless and beautiful. My wife and I have been to KCB before, but we wanted to show our girls how amazing it is. Barefoot by the Keys was perfect for our family!

Perfect For Families
We just returned from our family spring break trip and had a great stay. The unit is just as advertised and then some. Clean, updated, quiet, and comfortable. And then there's the bed... oh that heavenly bed. Getting out of it in the morning took a lot of will power! A huge plus is having access to the Cabana Club. It's such a nice facility and I can't imagine our week without it.
But what really sets this property apart is the host. Bottom line is that you can tell... she truly cares. There's a reason it has a 5-star rating on 100% of reviews. It's evident in her quick and thorough communication, the attention to details that make it feel like home, and the little surprises. Like the small coolers, snorkel equipment, fishing bait, and the beach toys she purchased for us that we of course left for the next family.
We like to visit new places any time we vacation, but one thing is for sure... should we return to the Keys, we know exactly where we'll be staying.

Location to everything we did was great over all everything was great with the exception of key colony inn resturant i would not recommend but other then that awesome trip. I go about 3 weels a year and maraton key and bahia honda state park where both awesome places to visit bahia honda state park is my new favorite spot

We so much enjoyed our return visit to this property. We biked, went kayaking, spent time at the cabana club, fished off the dock, and rented a boat. The accommodations are wonderful and location is perfect for everything we love to do.

Wonderful property
We spent an awesome week at this property! The kitchen was well stocked. We loved having bikes, fishing poles and the kayak at our disposal. We usually bring all that ourselves when we drive, but since we flew, we couldn’t bring everything and it was nice to have it all at the house. The owner was easy to get in touch with and very responsive. She went out of her way to meet our needs. I highly recommend this property and would stay here again.

Wonderful week in the Keys
This home is absolutely perfect for 2-5 people. Impeccably clean and perfectly decorated. Has every amenity you need for a week in the Keys including bikes, kayak and grill. Key Colony is a great neighborhood, close to everything, and a great place for morning walks, bike rides and watching the sunset. Having access to the Cabana Club with beach and pool was an awesome perk. Just a wonderful vacation with my family.

Very nice place
The property was nice the fishing from the dock was great. We got lots of keepers we did not need to go anywhere else to fish. The house was nice and had everything we needed. The bed was a little too soft for us but we made the best of it. We will stay there again. We stayed for two weeks from October 16-30 2021.

Great getaway in the Keys
Warm, inviting, beautiful, CLEAN property with everything you'll need for a getaway in paradise. Ada was a wonderful hostess, too. It was also close to restaurants, the beach, and the Cabana Club for pool and beach access. We used the bikes every day. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!
