Nestled in Laguna Beach, this lovely house for $249 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Welcome to Royal Palms Retreat! Royal Palms Retreat is a home designed with a great vacation in mind! The house is located in Laguna Beach, between Rosemary Beach and Panama City Beach, directly across the street from a 'reserved beach' where no development is allowed. Laguna Beach is a small laid-back community away from the congestion of PCB or 30a.The house is a great family gathering place with a bright, open floor plan connecting the kitchen, living room, and dining area. Enjoy outdoor gathering spots including a front porch & a lovely back patio area with a charcoal grill on the 1st floor along with a large 2nd floor balcony. The house is pet-friendly as well. With 2,000+ square feet, there is plenty of space for everyone to be together, have time apart & make great beach vacation memories. Enjoy the beautiful emerald waters of our pristine beaches just a quick 3-minute walk away or relax by the pool next to the house. Sleeping 12, the 3 bedrooms each have a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. On the 1st floor, in addition to the family/living area, there is a spacious king bedroom and bathroom with a walk-in shower. Additionally, there is a comfortable Queen Size memory Foam sleeper sofa in the family room. The spacious 2nd floor master suite has a sitting area and desk/work station. The large master bath has a double sink vanity, a separate spa/soaking tub and shower. There is a private balcony with a lovely beach view. The other 2nd floor bedroom is an over-size 'family suite' which has a king bed with 2 sets of bunk beds with a private, attached bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Before you hit the beach or after a long day in the sun, take a short walk down Front Beach Road to Thomas' Donuts for their amazing donuts, ice cream burgers or sandwiches. Be sure to stop into the award-winning Carousel Supermarket and wine store less than ¼ miles from the house. Nearby entertainment includes: Pier Park, Shipwreck Island Waterpark, Gulf World, The Hub 30A, Destin Commons, SanDestin Outlet Mall, and much more. There are 3 grocery stores nearby & an endless number of dining options in Panama City Beach, Rosemary and many great options along 30A. SOME IMPORTANT THINGS TO MAKE NOTE OF FOR YOUR STAY AT ROYAL PALMS RETREAT *Maximum occupancy of this home is 12 guests. *Designated parking is assigned for 4 moderately sized vehicles. *Please note the is a non-smoking home. *You must be 25 years of age of older to rent the house. *There is no smoking inside or outside while on the property. *If you choose to bring your dog/s, there is an additional, non-refundable pet fee. The fee is to be charged after reservation confirmation. *You must be at least 25 years of age to rent. *All reservations are non-refundable, we strongly encourage adding travel insurance to your reservation so that you are covered. *Guests must agree to sign the rental agreement within 72 hours of booking. *Property management is not liable for any construction that may occur outside of the properties we manage are not notified.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very nicely decorated and well stocked for our family. You can tell that the owners take pride in making it a nice vacation home. We really liked having the fenced in backyard area for our dog too. The beach is so close and it's probably the prettiest beach I've ever seen! This area of PCB had a lot for us to do and see. It was a great vacation.

Do yourself a favor; stop looking at other options and just rent the Royal Palms Retreat. First class all the way! Plenty of space, less than a 90 second walk to the beach, and everything you need for a relaxing vacation! Just outside PCB proper so it's nice and quiet on the beach but a short 2 mile drive if you want the nightlife of the "big" city. Highly recommended!

Everything was clean and it was very spacious for our party of 9. The location was great! The only complaint I have is the sliding glass door would not lock from the inside.

I love the location. It's the perfect distance from the beach. The accommodations are very attractive and comfortable. And who wouldn't love that giant kitchen? I hadn't been on vacation in a few years and it was just what I needed to decompress and relax. I hope I get to come back next year.

Just came home from a perfect long weekend with close friends and the perfect home to relax and get away. Royal Palms is just steps away from the beautiful white sand of Laguna beach in the Florida panhandle. The water was crystal clear and the waves were great fun. Royal Palms was immaculate and we had plenty of space to hang out in the house or pool or simply go for a walk to explore the area. Great home

Recently spent the most wonderful girls getaway at the Royal Palms Retreat. The home is warm and welcoming, well maintained and appointed. Did not lack for anything. The bed was extremely cozy. Slept so well! The location is ideal. Steps from the most beautiful and tranquil beach. Turquoise, clear waters and magnificent sunsets. Close to supermarkets, fun restaurants and delish donut shop!. Would highly recommend and cannot wait to go back.

Such a wonderful place to hang out with family and friends. Great porches to relax on while drinking coffee. And for watching the rain when it comes through. Comfortable beds. Great water pressure--even when all the showers are being used at once! One house and one street separates you from the beach! Forget something? No problem! Easy walk back to the house for that extra towel...or whatever! Prefer chorine to sea salt? Pool next door! Little traffic in the area. Great doughnuts and ice cream within walking distance. Who could ask for more?!?!?!?!?

There were 6 of us from all over and we had not seen each other for several years. The house was a perfect place for all of us to get reacquainted. The beds were very comfortable, bathrooms and kitchen had everything we needed and the beach was across the street! And a pool! What more could one ask for? This house just welcomes you with a warm, family feeling. It's literally across the street from the beach! And, the pool is right next to the inviting porch. (LOVE that palm tree that gives you a little shade!) You can walk to food stores, ice cream and sandwich shops and more. Everything you need is provided. The house is decorated beautifully- the owners must know how to make you feel welcomed! We were just there in September 2020. Can't wait to go back!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house has everything you need for a great week. The beds were comfortable and the house was in a great location. The beach was never busy and a short walk across the street. We had friends staying on the same street and a street over so our kids enjoyed meeting on the beach and walking to the donut shop and market. Thanks for a great week!

We rented this house in July for our family of ten. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed for the week. They even had some beach items that we could use. The pool was also nice. Staff was great to work with. We would definitely rent again.

We stayed at Royal Palms Retreat for a family reunion in September. The home, access to the beach and surrounding communities made this a perfect setting for a relaxing vacation to reconnect. The house is beautifully furnished, modern, clean and comfortable so that while we were indoors, our time there was delightful. With the pool and beach only steps away, the activities outdoors added to the magic of the week. Sunsets on the beach were a spectacular end to the day.

We would rate the home as a five star. It is a beautiful home with a spacious kitchen and wonderful décor. It is a short walk to the beach and so convenient. Being pet friendly is awesome! The neighborhood has changed and is not a five star. We have stayed at the Royal Palms for five years. This year there was much more construction in the area which led to increased noise and congestion with work vehicles. We walk our dog in the neighborhood and it was just a little more challenging. There are three new multimillion dollar houses to the west. They now obscure the view of the beach and guests on the balcony can look down into the back yard patio and pool area. We also had trouble with Paradise in securing a rental spot for 2024. This was a one star experience. They were not timely or respectful of us as long time customers.

What a beautiful home we had the pleasure of staying at during the winter holiday. The house was fixed up to be comfortable and inviting. It was such a relaxing environment. And location was the best! Seriously, only 200 steps to the beach! I counted. The beach was not crowded and the sand was so soft to the touch. Restaurants and fun activities were nearby. Our family had the best week! Seconds walk to the gorgeous beach. Plenty of room at the beach house for 6 people plus our mini goldendoodle. The beach house was cozy and we will definitely plan another visit.

Perfect Spring Getaway
Beautiful beach home! Loved there were 2 King rooms, both with bathrooms. Very short walk to the beach. Was also nice having the pool so close-the kids were ready to jump in right after breakfast :) We had a few hiccups involving the cable tv and the bbq grill, which were resolved super quick. Would rent again.

Nice get away
The house was clean, and looked like the pictures. Paradise rentals was easy to get ahold of, and eager to help. The weather was not that great, but there’s no control of that.

Our experience could've been better. One of our guests sat down in a chair on the front porch and it snapped in half (luckily he wasn't hurt). On the night we got there we realized our refrigerator wasn't working properly. We contacted management the next morning to let them know. It took 3 days before we got a replacement refrigerator to put our food in. We normally don't eat out very much. We like to spend as much time on the beach as possible. We normally go out to the store and buy food for the week on our first night there. Since the fridge was messed up, we couldn't buy food for 3 days until they replaced the fridge. This caused us a lot of headache and time wasted. It was 4th of July weekend when we got there, so every restaurant was packed, and we had to wait 2 hours to be seated for every meal. If our fridge was working, and we were able to buy food to cook there, we would have saved ourselves a LOT of time and hassle. Also there were a bunch of beer cans left behind the back porch by someone. The master bedroom's balcony door was messed up and was unable to lock, which really messed up the peace of mind of one of our guests... Also the listing said pet friendly, and once we made the reservation, we find out there's an additional pet fee. Why isn't this already included in a "pet friendly" home? Very misleading... There were some good things, however. The location was nice, decent neighborhood, no eye sores in the immediate area. Also the walk to the beach was very short, and the pool was nice. This was our first time getting a house, we normally get a condo in Destin every year. While our experience wasn't terrible, it certainly left a lot to be desired.

Awesome house and location, right across the street from the beach!!
The rental management company sent us a 4 digit code and it should have been a 6 digit code to get in... not sure what happened there! Luckily the after hours guy had the code for us! Otherwise, it was an awesome house, really well stocked with supplies/beach toys/beach cart and plenty of beds! Beautiful home with great finishes, you can tell the owners use the house personally which is awesome. RIGHT across the street from the beach access. No condos nearby so it’s super private and lovely ☺️
