A few blocks more to shops, bars, breweries, music venues, and 5-10 minutes from downtown music central♫ ♫ Free off street parking and Everything you need for the trip from bedding, towels, bathroom items, and cookware are provided. I have the best Nashville restaurant, venue, attraction and event guide available for guests♫ ♫ 8 minutes to downtown Broadway ♫ 2 minutes to 5 Points district ♫ 15 minutes to Grand Ole Opry ♫ 15 minutes to Nashville Airport ♫This is the private upstairs apartment/entire floor, of a 2 story house, so you have everything to yourself(private entrance, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, living room, and your own parking space off the street). The space sleeps up to 4 people with a standard queen bed for 2, and an available queen air mattress or convertable couch for 2 more. ♫ ✈ Luggage drop off/delivery usually available, schedule with me ahead for a small fee ✈ ♫ Early checkin, Late checkout sometimes allowed if prearranged for a small fee ♫ ♫ Private entrance with a keypad to let yourself in or out on your schedule ♫

If you are looking for an old house with that old house smell and that old style then this place is perfect. Stairs, lots of tree roots in yard, and uneven flooring so be careful if you are elderly, bad knees or etc. Old house made you feel like you was home and not a hotel. Did catch some porch pirates in the act couple houses down so that was eventful. :)

My daughter and I came into town for a short 2 day trip for a concert and rented this 1 bedroom apartment. I could not have been happier with my experience here. The place was very clean, well stocked and had great quality stuff. Seth really does his best to make you feel like you are at home by providing everything you could possibly need while staying at his place. I will definitely look to stay here again on any return trip.

Overall fine. Wouldn’t say it’s “walkable” to great spots but it’s a short drive to most things around Nash. Quiet spot. It’s a converted upstairs of a house with a private entrance and stairs going from up the outside of the house.

Loved being in East Nash. So much to explore real close to the home, close enough to the party scene of downtown Nash but also far enough away to get away from it.

Such a cozy, peaceful and eccentric getaway when visiting Nashville. The owner was very responsive and goes out of his way to make your stay a pleasant one. We will definitely stay again!

This was a great location! The space was the perfect size for the two of us and was very clean. Seth also gave us lots of tips on what to see/do in the area. We would definitely stay here again!
