The Cozy Cottage at Trevecca is a great place to stay in Nashville. It was clean and in a safe neighborhood. It was close to downtown. However, if you are petite or physically disabled, you should be aware that the beds are the same height as the kitchen counters. I needed to purchase a step stool to get into the bed. Once I was in it, it was the most comfortable bed that I ever slept in. I also could not reach the pull chains on the light in the bathroom over the toilet/shower and to adjust the ceiling fans speed without a step stool. If you are mobility challenged, the floor is wavy in sections which would be a trip hazard. The grade of the front steps is very slight making it easy to walk up, however there is no handrail. The towels provided were so thick and luxurious! The sheets on the bed were quite soft as well. However, the throw blanket, area rugs, and pillows were looking quite worn. So much so, I did not want to use them. Overall, I would stay here again . . . with a step stool.

My stay here was perfect! I wanted to stay on vintage row in Nashville for a girls trip, and this was the perfect location! There’s a cute coffee shop that you can walk to from the VRBO. Location was perfect, and the cottage was so cute and great for a small group. Cottage was clean and the host was very communicative during our stay. (They even left some yummy snacks for us to eat, which was the best surprise!) I 100000% recommend staying at this property.

Small older home. Nicely updated. Corey was a responsive helpful host. Convenient location. We spent 4 days. These are honest observations. Don’t expect to use the couch. It’s most uncomfortable as are the chairs. Bring your own soap if you plan to shower. There was an old blood stain on a pillow case. No ice maker and only one ice tray. Beds too tall. No instructions for the coffee maker. Couldn’t use it. Reading light in bedroom too low. Seems it would be difficult for four people.
