Had a great weekend in Nashville! The size and location of the house was perfect. The house was very responsive. After the first night, even the train didn’t bother us. We wouldn’t hesitate at all to stay here again.

This gem right outside of downtown Nashville was exactly what we needed for our Christmas stay. Our adult kid really appreciated having the full 2nd bathroom to herself. Super comfy for staying in but close enough to downtown for going out. The beds/bedding were dreamy and the couch was big enough for all 3 of us to hang out and watch movies. The open air design makes it seem big but cozy. Host has thoughtfully stocked the house and the decor is tasteful. It’s less than a 15 min drive to downtown and also a reasonable price for an Uber. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. Only caveat is the parking pad in front and the walk up to the house is a little steep and may be an issue for anyone with mobility issues. Would highly recommend this place if you are in Nashville.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. It was about a 20 minute drive to broadway. There are also lots of coffee shops and places to eat thay are a short druve. We would stay here again when returning to Nashville.

Came for Thanksgiving with our Nashville family, and this was the perfect place for us to stay! Adorably decorated —extremely comfortable, clean and welcoming! Clear instructions —everything was just perfect, and we wished we could stay longer!

The house was exactly as described, it was clean upon arrival and had everything we needed. We always had quick access to an Uber to take us to Broadway which was convenient. I would stay here again!

This VRBO vacation home is perfect for a stay in Nashville. The home itself is charming and tasteful in design. It has plenty of room to relax after a day spent in Nashville. The master bedroom and bathroom is huge. The second bedroom and bathroom is smaller but fine. The included noise machines drown out the trains at night. The house is very well stocked! Wendy is just a phone call away, but we never had any problems to even need to call her! We were just a short distance from Broadway. We used Uber the entire stay and it was very reasonable and quick. No problem at all! We avoided all the parking problems and expense of downtown. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Nashville. I highly recommend this place!

Came into town for both a college visit and wedding. House was centrally located to everything we jammed into the action packed weekend. Very spacious, clean, even bigger than the pictures made it seem. More than enougj room for us. Much better than a tiny overpriced hotel room. Close by to close of food options and three grocery stores. Would easily stay there again when in town.

This was such a cute house! The decor was great and it was very clean. It had everything we needed for our stay and was close enough to Uber to the Grand Old Opry and Broadway. Would stay here again! The train goes by several times a day but it did not wake us up at night. The check in process was very simple

This was such a great house. It was a quick 13 minute drive to downtown Nashville and a quick 11 minute drive to the Grand Ole Opry. The house was spotless with a super comfortable vibe. The beds were very comfortable with a memory foam topper on both the king and queen beds. I highly recommend this place!!

We two couples thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return! The front bedroom queen size bed looked a bit smaller somehow (more like a full size) but it was fine. The back bedroom king-size bed was very comfortable. This home is nicely decorated, kitchen was also well stocked including two types of coffee makers (drip and Keurig) and we made use of both. There were plenty of towels and hot water and extra pillows / blankets. While it's true that we could hear the trains passing nearby that honestly was no big deal to us. The house is very cute and in a location just a short drive from downtown and Broadway Street! There are also some restaurants and bars very nearby. We all felt totally safe there. Wendy was quick to respond when we had a question. I would definitely recommend this rental to any of our friends.

Didn’t know about the train noise. (I happened to like it but light sleepers didn’t like it.). A little light in the main bedroom for sleeping. The house was adorable!! So comfortable!

We stayed for a long weekend for a concert and to explore Nashville a little bit. Upon entering the house we were super impressed. Cute decor and looked/smelled clean. We enjoyed hanging out there and felt right at home. It was also very close to Broadway and other fun areas. No more than 10 minutes. We love a short, inexpensive uber/lyft. Be advised that a train runs nearby at night, so it is a bit loud, but I’d choose that over loud highway traffic and sirens any day. Parking is a bit tricky if you have more than one car, so you may have to get creative. We don’t know the area super well, but it seemed like a more eclectic area of town, possibly a little dicey in some pockets, but not enough to cause any major concern. There were some cute coffee shops and restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay there again.

It was our first time coming to Nashville and we were celebrating two birthdays. Without ever being here before and not knowing the area, the location was perfect! We could quickly get to any location with a short drive. The home itself was really nice, clean and had a great layout. Everyone in the group loved it and would definitely stay here again!!

Nice quiet cul de sac 15 minutes to downtown by Uber. Very very clean which is huge. Modern and well appointed home. Only downside is the surrounding neighborhood is a little sketchy but we had no problems. It just may be a little offputting to others but everyone we see was nice.

Just as described. Clean, very nicely decorated and welcoming. Loved the back deck for quiet place to read a book and enjoy morning coffee. Rooms are large and well appointed. I would highly recommend to us rental.

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from downtown Nashville, this home is perfectly positioned for easy access to all the city’s hotspots. Wendy was an incredibly friendly, responsive, and welcoming host who answered all of our questions and provided excellent recommendations for restaurants/attractions nearby. We spent 8 days at Wendy's home and it was fantastic. Great location and really well maintained. My friends said the queen bed was very comfortable. I have disc issues in my back, and I found the king bed to be really hard on me. I debated going out and buying a mattress topper but never got around to it. I did somehow miss the comments about the freight trains in the other reviews, so that was definitely jarring. I use sleep headphones and my husband bought earplugs, so it ended up being fine. Something to be aware of - the driveway is really steep. Our car door closed on my hand because it couldn't stay open on its own. We were really careful after that! We really enjoyed our visit and absolutely would stay here again - with the mattress topper this time! LOL!

We loved the closeness of the property to downtown and broadway. The cost of an Uber or Lyft were always reasonable. The house was way bigger than we expected, the open floor plan was perfect. Being close to the train took some getting used too at night, but in the end we were able to look past it. We would stay here again!

Two retired couples looking for a 'home base' for the SEC Tournament! The kitchen was perfect for morning breakfast, UBER/LYFT were easily available, perfect sofa and sitting area for commiserating our team's loss,.......and comfy beds! I would strongly recommend and would stay with Wendy again. She was great!
