About this villa rental
The beautiful villa has a wonderful view of the sea and the so-called "five-finger" mountains. Has 4 bedrooms (2 rooms have 1 double bed each and 2 rooms have two single beds), 2 bathrooms (one on each floor), a large kitchen with high-quality furnishings and a large living room with a pull-out couch, Smart LED TV, WIFI internet and 2 dining tables for 6 people each. All rooms have their own small balcony and are equipped with remote-controlled air conditioning. The living room is also equipped with a large air conditioning system and even has a beautiful, large granite fireplace. The two shaded pergola terraces offer a wonderful view of the sea and the mountains. (Ground floor - terrace: 75m², upper floor - terrace: 15m²). Among other things, the villa has a private pool with 6 sun loungers and indoor and outdoor lighting, so the pool can be used at any time. A well-tended Mediterranean garden surrounds the villa and is decorated with carob and tartan trees, palm trees, Chinese roses and many other plants. The garden also has a barbecue grill and garden chairs.

There are several bars and restaurants in the area surrounding the villa. Approximately 300 meters to the right and left of the villa there is a cafebar black hour or cafe / restaurant coconut. Nearby restaurants are around 700 meters away, such as 'Emiley's Bar & Restaurants' with live music or an Indian restaurant. Within 3 kilometers there are many more restaurants, bars with some live music.
With 330 days of sunshine a year and a mild climate in winter, Northern Cyprus is the perfect vacation spot in every season. (Average winter temperature: 16 degrees)

The property was lovely but completely surrounded by building work on other developments. When this is all completed it will be a lovely area

The villa is spacious and well situated, not overlooked so privacy is great. You will need a car whilst here. The owner responded to all questions and issues quickly. The villa is well equipped with everything you need. The villa could do with painting, the gardens need tidying ( lots of weeds), the bbq is situated behind the outdoor shower area and we were not able to use this as we got terrible bites when standing in the gravel garden area. It would be helpful if there was a welcome pack with information re services, we had a power cut and did not know that the water pump cuts off and needs resetting, we were without water until the cleaner could get to us at 10.30 pm, so much easier if we had known about this, we could easily have rectified the problem. Although we had some issues it didn’t deter from us having a great holiday. The pool is great and outdoor space has terrific shaded areas.

Home owner very helpful and kind. He wrote back quickly, and if something had to be done within one hour someone came to help. Without a car as without a hand. The homeowner also helped us rent a car. The house is very nice and big. Ideal for families with children. The downside is the long distance from the beach, shops and restaurants. With children there is no chance to go on foot.
